Title:UVEDBA DIGITALNE MERILNE URE Z AVTOMATSKIM ZAJEMANJEM IN OBDELAVO STATISTIČNIH PODATKOV V RUTINSKO DELO KONTROLNEGA LABORATORIJA

Abstract:V diplomskem delu je opisan eksperimentalni postopek merjenja dimenzij tablet. Eksperimente smo izvajali ročno z kljunastim merilom in avtomatsko z digitalno merilno uro. Meritve, dobljene z ročno in avtomatsko metodo, smo med seboj primerjali na dveh vzorcih tablet. Pri prvem vzorcu, ki je predstavljal tablete ovalne oblike, smo določali dolžino, širino in debelino. Pri drugem vzorcu, ki je predstavljal okrogle tablete, pa smo merili premer in debelino. Izmerjene podatke smo ovrednotili z aritmetično sredino, izračunali smo standardni odklon, minimum ter maksimum in prikazali grafično s histogramom. Nato smo s preizkusom parov ugotavljali, ali se povprečni vrednosti proučevanih spremenljivk, dobljenih z različnima metodama, med seboj statistično značilno razlikujeta. Z uporabo programa Microsoft Office Excel® smo izračunali aritmetično sredino in standardni odmik, za primerjavo med ročnim in avtomatskim merjenjem pa smo uporabili parametričen preizkus parov (matched-paires t-test) s programom PASW 18 (SPSS Inc., Chicago, IL, ZDA).

Title:INTRODUCTION OF DIGITAL INDICATOR WITH AUTOMATIC STATISTICAL DATA COLLECTION IN ROUTINE WORK OF CONTROL LABORATORY
Abstract:In diploma work we described an experimental procedure of measuring tablets dimensions. Experiments were performed manually with a digital caliper and automatically with a digital indicator. We compared the measurements obtained by manual and automatic methods samples. The first sample with oval-shaped tablets was used to determine their length, widht and thickness, while the second sample, with round tablets to measure diameter and thickness. First, we represent the measured data by arithmetic mean, standard deviation and minimum and maximum values, and show them graphically by a histogram. We then tested pairs to determine whether or not the average values of the variables obtained by the different methods are statistically significantly different. For calculating mean and standard deviation we used Microsoft Office Excel®; for comparing manual and automatic measurements we used matched-paires t-test with the PASW 18 (SPSS Inc., Chicago, IL, ZDA) program.
