Title:MOBING - NASILJE V VZGOJNO IZOBRAŽEVALNIH ZAVODIH

Abstract:Medosebni odnosi so eden najpomembnejših dejavnikov, ki vplivajo na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih, izpolnjevanje delovnih nalog in doseganje ciljev organizacije. Izvirajo iz ljudi, iz njihovih osebnih lastnosti in so usmerjeni na druge. Pomembni so za ustvarjanje in razvoj etike in delovne morale, za humanizacijo ljudi in njihovega dela. Mobing je vsako neprimerno ravnanje na delovnem mestu, ki se pojavlja načrtno, sistematično in dlje časa z namenom, da se žrtev izloči iz delovne sredine. Vzroki za nastanek mobinga v organizaciji so lahko stres na delovnem mestu, slabo oziroma nezdravo vzdušje v podjetju, nenadne spremembe, negotova delovna mesta in podobno. Posledice pa so za žrtev lahko zelo hude, od psihičnih, ekonomskih in socialnih težav. V diplomskem delu nas je zanimalo, koliko je mobing razširjen med učitelji v osnovni šoli. Rezultati so potrdili njegovo prisotnost in sklepamo lahko, da je v prihodnosti potrebno več nameniti preventivi. Torej, da bi nadrejeni znali učinkovito pristopiti k problemu mobinga in bi tako z njegovim preprečevanjem dosegali boljše rezultate.

Title:MOBBING - EMOTIONAL ABUSE IN PEDAGOGICAL INSTITUTE
Abstract:Interpersonal relationships are one of the most important factors effecting on contentment of employees, performance of work assignments and realisation of the goals of the organisation. They stem from people and their personal habits and are orientated to others. They are important for creation and development of etics and morality and for humanisation of people and their work. As mobbing are considered all inappropriate acts at working place, that are planned, systematic and long-running and with intention to push the victim out of his or her working environment. Origins of mobbing can be stress on the working place, bad or unhealthy atmosphere in the company, sudden changes, unsecure working places and similar causes. Consequences for victims can be very severe in the form of psychical, economic or social difficulties. In this Diploma Thesis we were looking how extended is mobbing among teachers in primary school. The results have confirmed its presence and we can assume that in future more attention should be on prevention. Namely, if superiors can effectively solve problems of mobbing they can achieve better results with its prevention.
