Opis:V vsakem podjetju potrebujemo inovativnega managerja, ki spodbuja inovativnost. Inovativni manager je sposoben hitro ustvariti mnogo različnih idej, informacije in znanje zna koristno uporabiti, predan je reševanju problemov, željan znanja, vizionar, ciljno usmerjen, dober komunikator in motivator ipd. Ima določene osebnostne, strateške, organizacijske in vodstvene lastnosti, ki mu pomagajo pri njegovem delu. Ker pa so te lastnosti pri vsakem posamezniku različne, mora najprej spoznati svoje dobre lastnosti ter jih razvijati. Razvijati pa je potrebno potencial managerjev in potencial podjetja.Vloga inovativnega managerja je ena izmed najzahtevnejših nalog v podjetju. Je ključna za razvoj in prihodnost uspešnega podjetja. Inovativni manager mora poskrbeti, da se v podjetju neprestano ustvarjajo nove invencije in inovacije. Odgovarja za planiranje strateških odločitev podjetja. Inovacije in strategije imajo skupne dejavnike pri poslovanju podjetja, saj tako podjetje ostane konkurenčno in inovativno.Inovacije so torej nujna sestavina poslovanja podjetja. Postati morajo vsakodnevno opravilo, ki se jih morajo lotevati vsi zaposleni, ne samo vodstvo podjetja. Čeprav se potreba po inoviranju začne pri vodstvu, pa mora iskanje novosti priti v zavest tudi vsem ostalim zaposlenim, saj bodo le tako čutili predanost in veselje do dela ter pripadnost podjetju. Zaposleni so vir novih idej, zamisli in predlogov. Inovacije ne nastanejo same od sebe, ampak so plod vztrajnega razmišljanja in dela. Gre za kontinuiran proces, ki zahteva od podjetij trajno razmišljanje o tem, kako slediti trendom, obenem pa prehiteti konkurenco. Menim, da je potrebno spodbujati inovacije do te mere, ko še prinašajo koristi podjetju, kupcem, družbi in okolju, saj je od tega odvisen uspeh podjetja in celotne družbe.

Opis:In every company we need an innovative manager who encourages innovation. An innovative manager is able to quickly create a lot of different ideas, he knows how to use information and knowledge, he is dedicated to solving problems, thirsty for knowledge, a visionary, striving towards his goals, a good communicator and motivator and so on. He has certain personal, strategic, organizational and leadership abilities which help him with his work. Because these abilities are different with every individual he has to find them and develop them. It is also important to develop the potential of managers and the company. The role of a innovative manager is one of the most difficult positions the company. It is vital for the development and the success of the company. It is the job of the manager to make sure that innovations take place in the company all the time. He is responsible for planning the strategic decisions of the company. Innovations and strategies have common factors when it comes to the companies business because this is the only way the company can stay competitive and innovative. Innovations are therefore a vital part of the company business. They need to become an everyday task, and they need to be carried out by the workers as well as the leaders of the company. Even tough the need for innovating starts with the management the need for finding innovation has to comer naturally to everyone employed because that is the only way they will feel the loyalty and devotion to working as well as belonging to the company. The employees are the sources of new ideas and suggestions. Innovations are not created by themselves but are a product of persistent thinking and working. It is a continuing process which demands thinking about how to follow the trends and beat the competition at the same time. I believe it is important to encourage innovation when they bring profit to the company the buyers, society the environment and is responsible for the success of the company and society.
