Title:E-IZOBRAŽEVANJE NA SLOVENSKIH UNIVERZAH

Abstract:Z magistrsko nalogo smo predstavili teorijo o e—izobraževanju ter analizirali stanje na področju e—izobraževanja na slovenskih univerzah. V teoretičnem delu je predstavljena vrednost in pomen znanja, razložena je terminologija na področju izobraževanja in učenja. Nadalje predstavljamo terminologijo vseživljenjskega izobraževanja oziroma učenja ter izobraževanja na daljavo, ki je bilo predhodnik e—izobraževanja. Opisali in predstavili smo e—izobraževanje ter informacijsko—komunikacijsko tehnologijo (IKT). Predstavili in opisali smo vrste, oblike, načine in orodja e—izobraževanja. V raziskovalnem delu so predstavljeni rezultati raziskave e—izobraževanje med članicami slovenskih univerz. V raziskavi je sodelovalo 48 od 55 članic slovenskih univerz. Raziskava je pokazala, da članice slovenskih univerz v večini še nimajo vpeljanega e—izobraževanja ali kombiniranega izobraževanja. Na podlagi raziskave smo ugotovili, da je med članicami slovenskih univerz sistem »Moodle« najpogosteje uporabljen portal za podporo e—izobraževanja. Na podlagi raziskave smo predstavili dejansko stanje na področju e—izobraževanja na slovenskih univerzah. Oblikovali smo predloge sprememb za izboljšanje e—izobraževanja na slovenskih univerzah. Predstavili smo odkrite, zlasti morebitne nove zakonitosti (priložnosti in težave) e—izobraževanja na slovenskih univerzah.

Title:E-LEARNING AT SLOVENIAN UNIVERSITIES
Abstract:This masters thesis aims to present e–learning theory and analyse the state of e– learning at Slovenian universities. In the theoretical part we present the value importance of knowledge and explain the terminology used in the field of education and learning. Furthermore we present the terminology of lifelong learning and distance education, the predecessor to e–learning. We also describe and present to e–learning and information and communication technology (ICT). We present various types, forms, methods and tools for to e–learning. In the exploratory part results of our study on to e–learning among members of Slovenian universities are presented. 48 out of 55 members of Slovenian universities participated in the study. The results show that most members of Slovenian universities don’t use to e–learning or blended learning as of yet. Based on the results we find that “Moodle” is the most commonly used portal to support to e–learning among members of Slovenian universities. Based on the survey we present the current state of affairs in the field of e–learning among Slovenian universities. We form recommendations for changes in order to improve e–learning. We also present what we identify as characteristics (opportunities and difficulties), in particular those potentially new, of e–learning at Slovenian universities.
