Abstract:Eden od najpogostejših problemov inženirjev v konstrukcijskih oddelkih je določevanje koeficienta varnosti za določeno konstrukcijo. Trdnostni preračun osi in gredi po standardu DIN 743 zajema napotke in enačbe za določevanje koeficienta varnosti na kritičnih prerezih osi in gredi. Standard zajema dva kriterija: varnost glede na plastično deformacijo gradiva in varnost glede na trajno dinamično trdnost gradiva. V diplomskem delu je natančno preučen potek izračuna koeficienta varnosti in veličin, ki nanj vplivajo po obeh kriterijih. Prav tako so preučene lastnosti gradiv za osi in gredi. Sledi primerjava standarda z obstoječimi postopki in analiza rezultatov treh računskih primerov, pri katerih je bil uporabljen standard. Na koncu so predstavljene še smernice za nadaljnje delo na tem področju.

Title:CALCULATION OF LOAD CAPACITY OF SHAFTS AND AXES ACCORDING TO DIN 743 STANDARD
Abstract:One of the most common problems for engineers in development departments is the determination of the safety factor for a given structure. Calculations of load capacity of shafts and axles according to DIN 743 include instructions and equations for the determination of safety factor on critical sections. Thre are two different criteria used: safety factor against fatigue and safety factor against static failure. In this diploma thesis the procedure for the determination of safety factor against both criteria was studied along with the material data for shafts and axles. The comparison to common used procedure was made, followed by an analysis of the results of three examples. At the end, the ideas for future research possibilities on the described subject are given.
