Abstract:Diplomska naloga opisuje projektiranje tlačnega reaktorja. Projektiranje tlačnega reaktorja je izvedeno za slovensko podjetje, ki se ukvarja s proizvodnjo tlačnih posod. Tlačni reaktor je v bistvu tlačna posodo v kateri se dogajajo kemične reakcije. Prvi del diplomskega dela je sestavljen iz teorije o tlačnih posod, omenjena je zakonodaja in predpisi. Trdnostni preračun je izveden po AD 2000 Regelwerk, kjer so računati vsi deli tlačnega reaktorja (dna, plašč, noge, varnostni ventil, prirobnice, tesnila, vijaki). Opisana so nerjavna jekla katera uporabljamo kot osnovni material in izveden je natezni preizkus za material kateri je uporabljen kot osnovni material za tlačni reaktor. V drugem delu je izvedena numerična analiza dna z vsemi priključki in obravnavani so kritični deli. Numerična analiza je izvedena z programom ABAQUS CAE 6.7.1, modeliranje in dokumentacija je izvedena z programoma Autodesk Inventor 2010 in Autodesk AutoCAD Mechanical 2010. Na koncu so elaborati za tlačni reaktor in nasveti za projektiranje.

Title:DESIGN OF 1000 L PRESSURIZE
Abstract:The thesis describes the design of the pressure reactor. Pressure reactor was designed for the Slovenian company that is engaged in the manufacture of pressure vessels. Pressure reactor is essentially an pressure vessel where chemical reactions occur. The first part of the thesis consists of a theory of pressure vessels, with legislations and regulations. Structural integrity calculations were made in confirmation with AD 2000 Regelwerk standard. Stainless steels, as base component for pressure vessels are also described. In second part, numerical analysis is conducted, including all bottom connectors andother critical parts of the pressure vessel. Numerical analysis is carried out with ABAQUS CAE 6.7.1, modeling and documentation is carried out with Autodesk Inventor and Autodesk AutoCAD 2010 Mechanical 2010th
