Title:VKLJUČEVANJE OTROK S CEREBRALNO PARALIZO IN STALIŠČA VZGOJITELJEV DO INTEGRACIJE/INKLUZIJE V VRTCIH V KOROŠKI REGIJI

Abstract:V diplomskem delu sem se v širokem področju vzgoje in izobraževanja otrok s posebnimi potrebami osredotočila na gibalno ovirane otroke s cerebralno paralizo ter na stališča vzgojiteljev do integracije/inkluzije v predšolskem obdobju v koroški regiji. Zanimalo me je kaj več o cerebralni paralizi, pomenu zgodnjega odkrivanja otrok s cerebralno paralizo, njenih vzrokih in nastankih, o soočanju, doživljanju in sprejemanju družine z rojstvom otroka s cerebralno paralizo, ter o obravnavi teh otrok v času predšolskega obdobja in njihovo vključevanje v vrtec. V empiričnem delu diplomskega dela sem s pomočjo raziskave želela dobiti vpogled v izvajanje integracije/inkluzije v koroških vrtcih, kako vzgojitelji sprejemajo otroke s cerebralno paralizo, kakšen je njihov pogled na te otroke ter kakšne so njihove izkušnje z njimi. Nadalje me je zanimalo, če so zagotovljeni pogoji za vključevanje otrok s cerebralno paralizo, v kolikšni meri vzgojitelji sodelujejo s potrebnimi strokovnjaki v vrtcu in na kakšen način sodelujejo s starši, ter ali se vzgojiteljem zdi pomembno dodatno izobraževati na tem področju.

Title:INTEGRATING CHILDREN WITH CEREBRAL PALSY AND THE KINDERGARDEN TEACHERS OPINION ABOUT INTEGRATION/INCLUSION OF THEM INTO KINDERGARDENS IN KOROŠKA REGION
Abstract:In the diploma thesis I focused, within in the broader areas of raising and educating children with special needs at the kindergarten level, on children who are hindered in terms of physical mobility due to cerebral palsy, as well as on the standpoint of kindergarten teachers regarding the integration and inclusion of these children in the pre-school period in the region of Koroška. More than in cerebral palsy, I was interested in the importance of the early discovery of children with cerebral palsy, its causes and origins, in how the family deals with, experiences and accepts the birth of a child with cerebral palsy, as well as in the handling of these children in the pre-school period and their inclusion in kindergarten. In the empirical part of the diploma thesis I, on the basis of studies, I wished to gain insight into the how such integration and inclusion is implemented in Koroška, how kindergarten teachers accept children with cerebral palsy, the nature of their views of these children, as well as their experiences with them. I was further interested in whether conditions for the inclusion of children with cerebral palsy are guaranteed, to what degree kindergarten teachers cooperate with requisite experts in the kindergarten and how they cooperate with parents as well as whether kindergarten teachers feel that additional education in this area is necessary.
