Abstract:V diplomskem seminarju smo opisali problem izdelave prodajnih analiz v našem podjetju in poiskali rešitev le-tega. V turbulentem poslovnem okolju je konkurenčna prednost razpolaganje s kvalitetnimi in relevantnimi informacijami, ki so podlaga za pravilne odločitve. Orodja za poslovno poročanje so primerna za zagotavljanje teh zahtev. Pregledali smo ponudbo orodij za poslovno poročanje in pregledali primernost le-teh. Analizirali smo stanje orodij za poslovno poročanje v podjetju in ugotavljali primernost za reševanje naših problemov v povezavi z analizami. V nalogi smo ugotovili, da je za naše podjetje najprimernejša izbira uvedba orodja OLAP. Z njim bo podjetje prišlo do kvalitetnih analiz, ki bodo izdelana veliko hitreje in ne bodo ovirala delovanja informacijskega sistema ter njegovih uporabnikov.

Title:ROKUS KLETT SALES OLAP CUBE
Abstract:In the diploma thesis, we described the problem of conducting sales analyses, and searched for and found a solution for said problem. In the turbulent business environment, having high-quality and relevant information which serves as the basis for making correct decisions at one's disposal constitutes a competitive advantage. Business intelligence tools are suitable for ensuring that these demands are met. We examined the available business intelligence tools and their suitability. We analysed the condition of business intelligence tools in the company and established their suitability for resolving our problem with sale analyses. We have found that the most appropriate choise for our company is the introduction of OLAP tools. This will enable the company to conduct high-quality analyses in a quicker manner and without causing interference in the operation of the information system or obstructing its users.
