Abstract:Diplomski seminar: »Managementski vidiki zaposlovanja«, se s svojo vsebino dotika predvsem procesa zaposlovanja in sicer, da se ustrezna izbira primernega kandidata, njegovo vrednotenje in motiviranje definitivno splača. Le-tega moramo ustvarjati, razvijati in neprestano vzdrževati.

Title:MANAGERIAL ASPECTS OF EMPLOYMENT
Abstract:Diploma seminar “Managerial aspect of employment” is showing us the process of employment, for example how important is to choose the right employee, how important is his valuation, motivation. We must know, that these aspects of employment are showing us, that it is definitely worth to choose the right person for a particular job. We must focus on human’s personality, his skills, his knowledge and on his abilities. The employees are the property of a company. Focusing on human as an employee gives a company a chance to successfully compete on the market, to gain high profits and to maintain a good name. As we travel through our final diploma seminar, firstly we introduce a human through the psychology aspect, his personality, his features and which role he has in the company. With help from theory from different authors and experts, we introduce the true meaning of personality of a human kind and the meaning of the human resource management in the company. We include the research as well, which was performed in “EOC d.o.o.” company. It was executed with a survey, on 20 employees. Based on the survey, we figure out, how important employees are ranking the right candidate, which must be well trained. We are surprised, that employees do not seem a new employee as a motivation object, they appreciate a financial stimulation and other benefits and bonuses, such as longer vacation, a parking lot and cell phone. The results also show us which features are most desired in employees. We summaries with research of thesis and we found out, that the biggest treasure that a company can own is his employees. The employees are working for the company and they contribute to the achievements and objectives of the company. It must be pointed out, that it is also important to maintain the motivation, that company should reward the employees, properly evaluate them and finally to maintain a positive atmosphere in which employees work. Machines can be purchased, climate, atmosphere, welfare and working methods could not. We must create it, develop it and continually maintain it. Human are irreplaceable in the company and is the most important meaning, with which managers can strive to achieve the vision and goals.
