Title:Simulacije tehnologije invazivnega hemodinamičnega monitoringa med splošno anestezijo

Abstract:V diplomskem delu smo raziskali možnost uporabe simulacij na področju invazivnega hemodinamskega monitoringa med splošno anestezijo. Namen diplomske naloge, je opisati tehnologije invazivnega monitoringa, ki se uporabljajo na simulatorju. Simulacije so temeljile na realnih zapletih. Simulacije so za študente bistvenega pomena pri pridobivanju znanja in izkušenj na področju monitoringa. Opisali smo splošno anestezijo, predstavili biomedicinsko tehnologijo in pomen simulacij v procesu izobraževanja. Rezultati kažejo, da je mogoče na simulatorju predstaviti le manjši del invazivnega hemodinamskega monitoringa. Omogoča nam le prikaz, arterijskega krvnega tlaka (ABP) in osrednjega venskega tlaka (OVT) na simulacijskem monitorju. Fizično na simulatorju ni mogoče nastavljati centralnih katetrov niti arterijske kanile. Zato predlagamo uporabo realne opreme, ki jo improvizirano uporabimo na simulatorju.

Title:Simulations technologies of invasive hemodynamic monitoring during general anesthesia
Abstract:In our graduate work we explore the possibility of using simulations in the intensive hemodynamic monitoring during the general anesthesia. The purpose of this work is to describe invasive monitoring technology used on the simulator. Simulations are based on real events. Simulations is essential for students to acquire knowledge and experience in monitoring. We describe a general anesthetic and biomedical technology to present the importance of simulations in education. The results show that the simulator can only present a small part of the invasive hemodynamic monitoring. Only makes us see, arterial blood pressure (ABP) and central venous pressure (CVP) on a simulation monitor. Physical, we can not set central catheters or arterial cannula. We propose the use of real equipment, improvised by using a simulator.
