Abstract:Pri umerjanju črtnih meril velikih dolžin (tračna merila) z laserskim interferometrom so bistveni vplivi na merilno negotovost temperaturni raztezek merila, sprememba valovne dolžine laserskega žarka zaradi vplivov okolja, izravnava laserskega žarka ter Abbejev pogrešek, ki nastopi zaradi različnih nagibov vozička vzdolž merilne poti. Abbejev pogrešek je v tem diplomskem delu določen na osnovi merjenja nagibov proge in vozička z libelo in laserskim interferometrom. Glavni rezultati diplomskega dela so podatki o odstopanjih premosti vodil in vplivi teh odstopanj na negotovost umerjanja črtnega merila. Rezultati diplomskega dela sami ne predstavljajo rešitve problema pogreškov, bodo pa koristno uporabljeni pri nadaljnjih nastavitvah proge.

Title:INFLUENCE OF THE MEASUREMENT TRACK SHAPE ON THE UNCERTAINTY OF LINE SCALE CALIBRATION
Abstract:When calibrating line scales large lengths (tape measures) with a laser interferometrom we have significant impact on the uncertainty due to the temperature elongation criteria, change the wavelength of laser beam due to environmental effects, offsetting the laser beam and Abbé error, due to the different slopes of the trolley along the measurement path. Abbé error in this thesis is determined by measuring gradients of the track and the trolley with a spirit level and laser interferometrom. The main results of the thesis, are data on deviations of the track and effects of these variations on the uncertainty of calibration of line scales. The results of the thesis do not represent the solution to the problem of errors, but they will be utilized in setting up the line.
