Abstract:V prvem delu diplomske naloge sem predstavila objekt in tehnologijo izvedbe Trgovskega centra Velenje. V diplomskem delu so prikazane ugotovljene prednosti in slabosti montažne gradnje.

Title:EXAMINATION OF BUILDING TECHNOLOGY AT THE SITE SHOPPING CENTER VELENJE
Abstract:In the first part of the assignment I presented the object itself and technology of construction of Trgovski center Velenje (Commercial Centre Velenje) as well as a short description of the object is given (the study of building contract, technical documentation and functional plan of the object). As far as the technology of the construction is concerned, the main focus is brougt upon assembly construction which represents the major part of construction of the commercial center; the minor part represents so called monolithic construction (reinforced concrete), which serves only as a linking element among assembly elements (staircase, peripheral walls). The assembly and transport of the elements (columns, bearers, PI-plates, roof-plates, plaster elements…) as well as the structure of an individual element is given in the assignment. The second part of the study describes the terminal plan, more precisely the Gantogram technique applied on the object itself. The project of concrete is given for the concrete work; the project is important part of the documentation for carrying out the construction; it regulates the programme of the control for concrete. Hidroisolation with so called special technique »white tube« (bela kad) is given in the concluding part of the assignment; it is connected to the project of concrete which requires waterproof concrete with adequate thickness. In the assignment the advantages and disadvantages of assembly construction are fully represented.
