Abstract:Konflikti prinašajo v podjetje spremembe, spodbujajo nove ideje in omogočajo pridobivanje novih spoznanj. Lažje jih je reševati, dokler so še na začetku, kajti v nasprotnem primeru se lahko hitro razrastejo. Imajo pozitiven in negativen vpliv na poslovanje podjetja, vendar jih lahko s pravočasnim razreševanjem razrešimo v korist podjetja. Konflikti so torej v podjetju potrebni, saj njihova prisotnost kaže na možnost boljšega poslovanja. V medsebojnih odnosih se jim ne moremo izogniti. Včasih smo jih tajili in jih obravnavali skoraj kot bolezen, danes pa jih v naprednih podjetjih sprejemamo odprtih rok. Osnovni vzrok za nastanek konflikta je povezan z različnostjo ljudi. Ljudje imajo različne želje in cilje, zaradi katerih lahko pride do nesoglasij in nadalje do konflikta. Dejstvo je, da je najprej potrebno poiskati vzroke za nastanek konfliktov, kajti le tako se lahko lotimo njegovega reševanja na način, ki bo najboljši za podjetje samo, kakor tudi za njegove zaposlene. Konflikti sodijo med vsakdanje elemente v managementu poslovanja, zato je potrebno v podjetjih vzpostaviti management konfliktov. Povzamemo lahko le, da so konflikti najmočnejši dejavnik sprememb v podjetju, pa čeprav spremembe le redko kdo obožuje, saj se pogosto ne zavedamo, kako so potrebne. Komuniciranje je dvosmeren proces izmenjave informacij, mnenj med oddajnikom in prejemnikom, katera sporočila se prenašajo po komunikacijskem kanalu. Pri komuniciranju je pomembno enako razumevanje sporočila z obeh strani, vedno pa ne poteka učinkovito. Pojavljajo se motnje, ki jih je potrebno odpraviti. Razširjeno je tako verbalno kot tudi neverbalno komuniciranje, ki je zelo povezano z našim življenjem. Komuniciramo v različnih situacijah in z različnimi ljudmi. Raziskava je pokazala, da so večine dobre komunikacije in ustrezno znanje o obvladovanju konfliktov zelo pomembna lastnost managerja. Ugotovili smo tudi, da je kljub mnogim raziskavam s področja obvladovanja konfliktov, teorijo v praksi zelo težko udejanjiti. Vendar je skrb za urejanje tega področja zelo pomembna za rast in obstoj podjetja. Praktičen del naloge obsega predstavitev podjetja Zaščita Ptuj d.o.o., v katerem smo izvedli anketo na temo: »Obvladovanje konfliktov v podjetju«. V podjetju se srečujejo različni ljudje, ki imajo različne poglede, hotenja in cilje. Ker vsak poda svoje stališče, se pojavljajo konflikti. Pojavljajo se v vsaki organizaciji in naloga vseh udeleženih tudi v podjetju Zaščita Ptuj d.o.o. je, da jih čimprej rešijo. Da do pogostih konfliktov ne bi prihajalo, je pomembna uspešna komunikacija med zaposlenimi, saj le-ta rešuje konflikte.

Title:MANAGING CONFLICTS IN COMPANY
Abstract:Conflicts bring changes into an organization, initiate new ideas and can help gain new knowledge. They are easier to solve at an early stage, otherwise they can soon grow to an unmanageable state. They have a positive and a negative influence on the services of an organization and can be used to the organization's advantage when they are dealt with in a timely matter. Conflicts are therefore necessaery in an organization because their presence indicates the potential for better services. They are hard to avoid in personal relations. In the past they were often kept as secrets and were regarded almost as a disease but today modern companies welcome them with arms wide open. The biggest cause for conflicts is diversity between people. People have different wishes and aims which causes disharmony and conflicts. First of all, we have to find out the cause of conflict, because only then we can solve the conflict in a best possible way for organisation and workers. Conflicts are everyday elements in business management therefore organizations have to develop a conflict management. In the end I have to add that conflicts are the main reason for changes in a company and although there are not many people who like changes, we are too often unaware just how necessary they are. Communication is a two-way process of information and opinion exchange between the sender and the receiver, in which the messages are sent through a communication channel. In communication, equal understanding of the message on both sides is important, but not always efficient. Interferences show up that need to be eliminated. Both verbal and non-verbal communication is widespread and they are tightly interwoven with our life. We communicate in various situations and different people. Research has shown that good communication skills and adequate knowledge of conflict management are important characteristics of a manager. We have also found that despite many research in the field of conflict management, the theory is very difficult to take effect in practice. However, the concern for regulating this area is very important for the growth and existence of the organization. The practical part of the paper comprises the introduction of the company Zaščita Ptuj d.o.o., in which we carried out a survey about: »managing conflicts in company«. At the company, different people meet, having differing views, wishes, and goals. Conflicts arise because everyone puts forward their views. They crop up in each organization and the task of all the involved parties, as well as at the company Zaščita Ptuj d.o.o., is to resolve the conflicts as soon as possible. Lest such conflicts should not occur in the future, successful communication among the employees is of utmost importance, for only in this way we can achieve conflict resolution.
