Title:MOTIVACIJA ZA IZOBRAŽEVANJE NA OBČINI DOMŽALE

Abstract:Danes je želja vsake organizacije čim boljša izobraženost njenih kadrov. Izobraženost kadrov je ključna pri njenem uspešnem delovanju, zato mora imeti organizacija dobro organiziran sistem izobraževanja. Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz dveh delov, teoretičnega in empiričnega. V prvem delu, teoretičnem delu, smo najprej uporabili deskriptivno oziroma opisno metodo, in sicer s preučevanjem različne literature. Opisali smo tematiko motivacije ter izobraževanja. V drugem delu, v empiričnem delu diplomske naloge, smo predstavili Občino Domžale, kjer je potekala raziskava. Analizirali smo dokumentacijo organizacije, ki smo jo dobili pri vodji kadrovske, saj smo jo želeli čim bolje spoznati. Pomagali smo si tudi z njihovo internetno stranjo, kjer smo našli kar nekaj uporabnih podatkov. Raziskavo smo nadaljevali z metodo neposrednega zbiranja, in sicer z anketnim vprašalnikom, s katerim smo pridobili željene podatke. Z raziskavo, ki smo jo izvedli na Občini Domžale, smo želeli ugotoviti, če so zaposleni motivirani za izobraževanje, kateri so tisti dejavniki, ki jih motivirajo, kaj jih ovira pri odločitvi za izobraževanje. Ugotoviti smo želeli tudi, kdo najbolj vpliva na odločitev za izobraževanje ter kakšno podporo imajo s strani organizacije. Ugotovili smo, da ima Občina Domžale izobraževanja dobro organizirana, a so prisotne določene pomanjkljivosti. Te se kažejo predvsem v neinformiranosti zaposlenih o izobraževanju. Rezultati so pokazali, da imajo zaposleni na Občini Domžale visoko stopnjo motiviranosti za izobraževanje. Za največjo oviro za nadaljnje izobraževanje so anketiranci izpostavili prezaposlenost, družinske obveznosti ter prevelike stroške izobraževanj. Na koncu smo prišli do zaključka, da ima Občina Domžale še veliko neizkoriščenih potencialov na področju izobraževanja.

Title:MOTIVATION FOR EDUCATION ON MUNICIPALITY DOMŽALE
Abstract:Nowadays, every organization thrives for the highest possible education for its personnel. Personnel education is crucial for its successful oprearation, so an organization must have a well-developed educational system. This diploma paper consists of a theoretical and an empirical part. In the first, the theoretical part, we used the descriptive method, based on research in various literatures. We described the subjects of motivation and education. In the second, the empirical part, we presented the municipality of Domžale, where the research took place. We analyzed the organization’s documentation, acquired at the chief of staff, in order to get as much insight as possible. The organization’s website was also helpful, as it contains many useful data. We continued the research by means of direct data collection, with the help of a questionnaire. The goal of the research was to find whether the employees were motivated for education, what are the factors that motivate them, and what restrains them from educating themselves. We also tried to determine who influences their decision for education and what kind of support the organization offers. We found that the municipality of Domžale has a well-organized system, but that certain flaws are also to be found. These show primarily in the fact that the employees are poorly informed about the possibilities of education. Results have shown that the employees have a high level of motivation for further education. The main constraints have been said to be occupation, family obligations and high costs of the educational programme. We concluded that there are many potential improvements to be made in the organization's field of personnel education.
