Title:VPLIV KOMUNICIRANJA NA ODNOSE MED ZAPOSLENIMI V ORGANIZACIJSKI ENOTI

Abstract:V diplomski nalogi z naslovom »VPLIV KOMUNICIRANJA NA ODNOSE MED ZAPOSLENIMI V ORGANIZACIJSKI ENOTI« sem analiziral vpliv komuniciranja na odnose med zaposlenimi na carinski Izpostavi Gruškovje. Predstavil sem odnose med posameznimi ravnmi zaposlenih v organizacijski enoti, in sicer komuniciranje med cariniki sodelavci horizontalno in komuniciranje carinikov z nadrejenimi vertikalno. Predstavil sem, kako vpliva komuniciranje na odnose med zaposlenimi ter na splošno organizacijsko in delovno klimo med zaposlenimi, z neposrednim vplivom etičnega kodeksa zaposlenih v carinski službi. V nalogi je predstavljena specifičnost komuniciranja v carinski službi. V državni upravi se ta vsebina v prvi vrsti nanaša na Uradni list Republike Slovenije, pravilnike in navodila Generalne carinske uprave ter ustne usmeritve nadrejenih za uporabo zgoraj omenjenih aktov, medtem ko, za primerjavo, te specifičnosti v gospodarskih družbah ni zaznati. Na teoretični ravni sem v nalogi osvetlil spoznanja o komuniciranju, komuniciranju v organizacijah, pojmu etike oz. etičnega kodeksa, organizacijski klimi, medsebojnih odnosih in zadovoljstvu zaposlenih. V raziskovalnem delu diplomske naloge sem na podlagi izvedene ankete proučil vpliv notranjega komuniciranja in uporabo etičnega kodeksa na organizacijsko in delovno klimo, zlasti na medsebojne odnose med zaposlenimi na carinski Izpostavi Gruškovje. Po jasni opredelitvi raziskovalnega problema sem naredil še načrt raziskovanja. Za definicije potrebnih hipotez in vzorčnih povezav so bili podatki in informacije pridobljeni iz razpoložljivih sekundarnih (literarnih) virov, ki so med navedenimi viri. Z izvedbo anonimne ankete so se potrdile ali ovrgle hipoteze, ki sem jih zastavil v samem začetku izdelave diplomske naloge. Anketa se je izvedla med zaposlenimi na carinski izpostavi Gruškovje.

Title:THE INFLUENCE OF COMMUNICATION ON EMPLOYEE RELATION'S IN AN ORGANIZATION UNIT
Abstract:The dissertation with the title »The Impact of Communication on Employee Relations in an Organisational Unit« provides an analysis of the impact of communication on the relations among employees in the Customs branch Gruškovje. The dissertation describes the relations between individual employee levels, that is the communication among customs officers co-workers horizontally and the communication between customs officers and supervisors vertically. The impact of communication on relations among employees, as well as on organisational and working climate in general, is explained, including the direct impact of Code of Ethics for employees of customs service. The specifics of communication in customs service are defined. In the context of Public Administration, the communication relates to the Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, rules and instructions of the Central Customs Administration and the oral guidelines concerning the use of the above mentioned acts, while, for example, these specifics cannot be found in corporations. The theoretical part defines communication, communication in organisations, ethics and code of ethics, organisational climate, human relations and employee satisfaction. The research part of the dissertation comprises a survey on the basis of which the impact of internal communication and the code of ethics on the organisational and working climate, as well as on employee relations in the Customs branch Gruškovje, was determined. Research problem identification is followed by a research plan. Data and information needed for defining the necessary hypotheses were obtained from secondary sources, listed under Bibliography. The anonymous survey confirmed or rejected the hypotheses, defined at the beginning of the dissertation writing. The survey was conducted among the employees of the Customs branch Gruškovje.
