Title:UVAJANJE E-IZOBRAŽEVANJA V PODJETJU UPS ADRIA(S) EKSPRESS D.O.O.

Abstract:Za vsako podjetje, ki želi biti na današnjem trgu konkurenčno, je stalno izobraževanje kadrov nujno potrebno. Na področju izobraževanja in usposabljanja zaposlenih se v zadnjih letih uveljavlja tudi e-izobraževanje. Podjetja uvajajo e-izobraževanje za zaposlene predvsem zaradi nižjih stroškov, vendar so ti le ena izmed prednosti, ki jih ta oblika izobraževanja prinaša. Za podjetje je pomembna prednost tudi manjša poraba časa, večja učinkovitost učenja ter trajnost izobraževanja. V diplomski nalogi bo predstavljena uvedba e-izobraževanja v podjetju UPS ADRIA(S) EKSPRES D. O. O., ki bo nadomestilo dosedanje klasično izobraževanje, predvsem zaradi prednosti, ki jih e-izobraževanje nudi. Predstavljeni bodo finančni in kadrovski načrti uvedbe e-izobraževanja ter cilji, ki jih podjetje želi doseči z uvedbo. Izdelan načrt uvedbe e-izobraževanja se bo vrednotil s stroškovnega vidika, izvedljivosti ter sprejemljivosti za zaposlene. Na podlagi opravljene ankete med zaposlenimi v podjetju so predstavljena tudi stališča, mnenja ter pričakovanja zaposlenih o uvajanju e-izobraževanja.

Title:IMPLEMENTATION OF E-LEARNING IN COMPANY UPS ADRIA(S) EKSPRES D.O.O.
Abstract:For every company that wants to be competitive in today's market, constant education of ther emplyees is neceseary. The trend on education and qualification of employees in the past few years is e-learning. Companies are starting their first steps to introduce e-learning for emplyees especialy because of lower costs, but this is only one of advantages, which this kind of education is offering. For companies is important that the education saves time, it offeres more efficiency and durabillity of education. In the following thesis there will be introduction of an concept of e-learning in the UPS ADRIA EKSPRESS D.o.o. company, where the e-learning will substitute the classic education, especially because of its advantages which e-learning offers. The plan of introduction of e-learning, will be evaluated by expense point of view, feasibility and acceptantance of employees. The thesis will show the financial and employment plans, goals, which company wants to intoduce. On the basis of poll, which was made by employees in the company, it will show ther point of view, opinions and their expetations for implementation of e-learning.
