Title:VARSTVO IN VZGOJA PREDŠOLSKIH OTROK KOT PODJETNIŠKA DEJAVNOST

Abstract:Urejena predšolska vzgoja, ki jo izvajajo predvsem javni in zasebni vrtci, je pomembno področje v vsaki državi, saj organiziranost zagotavlja dostop ter vključitev otrok v vrtce. Veliko število dokumentov na nacionalni, evropski in mednarodni ravni poudarja, kako pomembna je otrokova skrb v vseh obdobjih. V Sloveniji ureditev predšolske vzgoje sooblikuje Ministerstvo za šolstvo in šport, medtem ko jo urejajo Zakon o vrtcih in Zakon o organizaciji in financiranju predšolske vzgoje ter številni podzakonski akti. Predšolska vzgoja se lahko izvaja na več možnih načinov, eden izmed teh so prav zasebni vrtci, na katere smo se osredotočili v diplomski nalogi. Na podlagi teorije smo ugotavljali ali je ustanovitev zasebnega vrtca, glede na vse zahtevane pogoje (relativno visoko začetno investicijo, manjši delež pri sofinanciranju s strani države), v primerjavi z javnimi vrtci, dobra poslovna odločitev oziroma zakaj je na slovenskih tleh tako malo število zasebnih vrtcev.

Title:ESTABLISHMENT OF INTERNATIONAL DAYCARE AS AN ENTREPRENEURIAL ACTIVITY
Abstract:Organized nursery education regulated mostly by public and private kindergartens is an important area of education in every country as proper organization guarantee access and possibility of inclusion into kindergartens. Vast number of national EU and international level documents ascribe to importance of child's care in all his stages of development. Regulation of nursery education in Slovenia is co-regulated by Department of education and sport while it's implementation is being regulated by Law on nursery schools and Law on organization and funding of nursery education along numerous other documents. Nursery education can be implemented in several different ways, one of which is the core of this thesis - private kindergartens. Based on theory we have researched whether establishment of private nursery schools, considering all required conditions, relatively high initial investment and smaller share of co-financing from the state is a good business decision in comparison to public nursery schools. In addition we have investigated why is there such small number of private nursery schools in Slovenia
