Title:VLOGA ODRASLIH OSEB PRI SPODBUJANJU BRALNE MOTIVACIJE

Abstract:Branje je pomembna dejavnost, ki vpliva na osebnostni razvoj posameznika, učenje in učno uspešnost. Vse pozitivne plati branja se vse bolj pozabljajo ob hitrem tempu življenja. Učitelji in knjižničarji imajo velik pomen pri spodbujanju branja. S svojim znanjem o dobrobiti branja, z uporabo različnih metod in oblik dela lahko pritegnejo starše in skupaj spodbujajo učence k branju ter tako skušajo vzgojiti bralca za vse življenje. Namen diplomskega dela je osvetliti pomen branja, bralne pismenosti in bralne motivacije za razvoj otrok. Izpostavljena je pomembna vloga odraslih oseb, predvsem vzgojiteljev, učiteljev, knjižničarjev in staršev. Starši začnejo brati svojim otrokom že od rojstva dalje, nato njihovo vlogo prevzamejo vzgojitelji, učitelji in knjižničarji. Starši svoje otroke še vedno spodbujajo k branju in jim pomagajo. Njihova vloga se pri vstopu v šolo ne konča, ampak le spremeni. Opisane so različne metode in oblike dela pri spodbujanju bralne motivacije doma in v šoli. Predstavljena je bralna značka, ki je najbolj razširjena oblika spodbujanja bralne motivacije v Sloveniji, ki povezuje domače in šolsko okolje. Empirični del diplomskega dela zajema analizo anketnih vprašalnikov, ki so bili izvedeni na Osnovni šoli Šmihel. Anketirani so bili učenci sedmih in osmih razredov. Prikazani podatki o odnosu učencev do branja, njihovih bralnih navadah ter vlogi odraslih oseb pri njihovem branju veljajo le za omenjeni vzorec, zato rezultatov ne moremo posplošiti na celotno populacijo.

Title:THE ROLE OF ADULTS IN ENCOURAGING READING MOTIVATION
Abstract:Reading is a very important activity tha influences on individual's development, learning and learning efficiency. All the good sides of reading have been forgotten in today's fast life. Teachers and librarians play an important role in encouraging reading motivation. With their knowledge and by using different methods they can attract parents and together they can educate everyday life reader. The purpose of this diploma work is to enlighten the importance of reading, literacy and reading motivation for children development. The important role of adults, educators, teachers, librarians and parents is exposed. Parents start reading to their children from the birth on, then their role is taken over from educators, teachers and librarians. The parents' role is not ended when children enter school, but they still encourage their children in reading and they help them. Their role is not ended but only changed. Different methods for encouraging reading motivation at home and at school are described. Reading badge, which is widespread method for encouraging reading motivation in Slovenia, is mentioned. The empirical part of this diploma work includes the analysis of the questionnaires, which were given to the seventh and eighth grade pupils in Osnovna šola Šmihel. The revealed results about the pupils' relations with reading, their reading habits and the role of the adults in pupils' reading are typical only for that sample, therefore they can not be generalized for the whole population.
