Title:Nekateri vidiki odklanjanja mesa pri otrocih

Abstract:Nekateri vidiki odklanjanja mesa pri otrocih. Namen diplomskega dela je bilo ugotoviti, da je odklanjanje mesa pri otrocih resen problem, ki ima korenine že v otroštvu, nanj pa vpliva tudi družina, vrtec in seveda tudi oglaševalci. Analizirali smo vzroke za odklanjanje mesa pri otrocih, ugotavljali pojavnost v populaciji osnovnošolcev devetletke OŠ Sveti Jurij ob Ščavnici, ugotavljali zakaj do tega problema sploh in če prihaja, ter kako bi se ga dalo zmanjšati oz. preprečiti. Odločili smo se za deskriptivno metodo raziskovanja. V ta namen smo pripravili anonimno anketo z 24 vprašanji, od tega je bilo 19 vprašanj zaprtega tipa in 5 vprašanj odprtega tipa. V vzorec so bili zajeti učenci Osnovne šole Sveti Jurij ob Ščavnici, 4. razred in 8. razred. Za obdelavo podatkov smo uporabili deskriptivna metoda dela s frekvenčno distribucijo, ki je bila grafično prikazana s pomočjo računalniškega programa Exel of Windows. Rezultati ankete so pokazali, da starost ne vpliva na odklanjanje ali uživanje mesa, prav tako ni razlik med spoloma. Nihče se tudi ni opredelil za vegetarijanca.

Title:Some aspects of children's meat refusion
Abstract:Some aspects of refusing meat in children. The purpose of this diploma paper was to establish that refusing meat is a serious problem in children and has its origins in childhood. It is influenced by the family, by the kindergarten and of course by advertisers. We analyzed the causes for refusing meat, determined the incidence in the population of pupils of the nine-year elementary school Sveti Jurij ob Ščavnici, established the reasons for this problem and provided solutions for its reduction and prevention. We applied the descriptive research method. To this end, we drew up an anonymous questionnaire survey, containing 24 questions, of which 19 questions were close type questions and 5 open type questions. This survey covers pupils who attend the fourth and the eight grade of the elementary school Sveti Jurij ob Ščavnici. For data processing, we applied the descriptive method with frequency distribution which was graphically plotted by using the computer program Microsoft Office Excel. The results of the questionnaire survey show that age does not affect child's decision to refuse or to eat meat, equally there is no gender gap. No one declared himself a vegetarian.
