Abstract:V diplomski nalogi podrobno predstavimo avtomatizacijo odškajalne naprave, ki je namenjena za odstranjevanje škaje oziroma železovega oksida na železnih gredicah. Projekt je izdelan za podjetje Štore Steel d.o.o. Avtomatizacija je izvedena v smislu izbire strojne opreme, programiranja krmilnika in konfiguriranja naprav. V programu ePLAN smo narisali vezalne sheme, po katerih so tehniški sodelavci vgradili in povezali ustrezne module. V programu SIMATIC STEP 7 smo napisali program za pravilno delovanje naprave. V nalogi smo uporabili krmilnik, vhodno/izhodne module, napajalnik, komunikacijski modul, usmernik, modul CU320 in razsmernik. Izvedli smo tudi zagon, testiranje in spravili napravo v delovanje.

Title:HIGH PRESSURE WATER DESCALER AUTOMATION FOR CONTINUOUS ROLLING LINE
Abstract:This diploma work presents automation of the high pressure water descaler, which is designed for removing ferric oxide from iron billets. The project was made in collaboration with Štore Steel d.o.o. In order to perform automatic control, we had to choose appropriate hardware, programmable controller and configuration modules. We used ePLAN electrical design software to design and manage our electrical project. Using the SIMATIC STEP 7 engineering software we created a user program code for the controller. In this work done we used the controller, input/output modules, power supply, communication module, rectifier, CU320 module, and inverter. The water descaler device was started, tested and put into operation.
