Abstract:Pomen managementa človeških virov je danes ključen za pridobivanje konkurenčne prednosti v storitvenem sektorju. Če podjetje tega ne upošteva, lahko na dolgi rok to ogrozi njegov obstoj. Preventivno mora vsako uspešno podjetje znati dobro organizirati, voditi in vlagati v človeški kapital. Znati ga mora primerno izbrati, z njim uspešno komunicirati, pravilno izobraževati, motivirati, ocenjevati in nagrajevati. V diplomski nalogi smo teoretično prikazali kako naj bi potekal uspešen managemet človeških virov, na praktičnem primeru pa smo to prikazali v podjetju Salomon d.o.o. Ljubljana, katerega smo podkrepili z analizo.

Title:IMPORTANCE OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT FOR GAINING COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE IN SALOMON LJUBLJANA
Abstract:Importance of human resource management is the key in service industry for gaining competitive advantage. If organization does not consider that in long term can became its danger. Every successful organization must prevent that and know how to organize, manage and invest in human capital. Also must know how to choose, communicate well, properly train, motivate, evaluate and reward every employee. Diploma presents successful human resource management - how it must looks in theory and also analyzes practical example in slovenian company Salomonov oglasnik.
