Title:AUTOMATION OF PROJECT ANALYSIS
Abstract:In my diploma thesis, I have, firstly, introduced planning with the help of the Microsoft Project Tool and secondly, how to make different analyses from the data of planning. These analyses can quickly and effectively show whether a project has been planned well, if it makes a profit or runs ahead or behind the scheduled timetable respectively. Planning can be done in many starting points where each and every starting point shows what the status according to the planned and factual values is. Analyses help us, quickly and effectively, find out which tasks cause us the biggest problems and therefore lead a project into a loss. Moreover, they show us which workers do not fulfil their obligations and tasks. As a result, we can take preventive measures and save a project from the possible problems.
