Title:ANALIZA ORGANIZACIJSKE KULTURE: PRIMER PODJETJA ELEKTROSTUDIO D.O.O.

Abstract:Pričujoče magistrsko delo se ukvarja s pojmom organizacijske kulture. To je organizacijski dejavnik, ki je neposredno najbolj vzajemen z vsemi ostalimi elementi organizacije in njenim okoljem ter z vsemi posamezniki v sistemu. Prav vsaka aktivnost, sprememba ali vedenje se namreč odraža na organizacijski kulturi, prav tako vsaka sprememba kulture povzroči spremembe na ostalih področjih v organizaciji. Z načrtnim upravljanjem organizacijske kulture se bo povečalo zadovoljstvo zaposlenih ter posledično s tem uspešnost celotne organizacije. Organizacijska kultura obravnava ideologijo organizacije ter oblike njene manifestacije. Ideologija organizacije vključuje prepričanja, vrednote in norme. Izraža se preko simbolov, jezika, pripovedi ter različnih aktivnosti. Magistrsko delo je razdeljeno na dva dela, in sicer na teoretični in praktični del. Prvo poglavje teoretičnega dela govori o opredelitvi organizacijske kulture. V tem poglavju so predstavljene splošne opredelitve kulture ter specifične opredelitve organizacijske kulture. V nadaljevanju poglavja so predstavljeni vzroki za proučevanje, sestavine, značilnosti in dejavniki, ki vplivajo na organizacijsko kulturo. Prvo poglavje zaključujemo s podpoglavjem, ki govori o vlogi in pomenu organizacijske kulture za uspešnost podjetja. Drugo poglavje teoretičnega dela govori o oblikovanju, ohranjanju in spreminjanju organizacijske kulture. Osrednjo besedo namenjamo spreminjanju organizacijske kulture, pri čemer so podrobneje predstavljeni modeli spreminjanja organizacijske kulture. Zadnje poglavje teoretičnega dela govori o tipologijah organizacijskih kultur. Uvodoma so predstavljene vloge kvalitativnih in kvantitativnih merjenj organizacijske kulture ter njihova uporabnost in učinkovitost. V nadaljevanju so na kratko predstavljene tipologije organizacijskih kultur, ki se v strokovni literaturi največkrat pojavljajo. Osrednja beseda je namenjena predstavitvi v analizi uporabljene tipologije organizacijske kulture podjetja Elektrostudio, d. o. o., to je tipologija po Cameronu in Quinnu. V empiričnem delu magistrskega dela je na kratko predstavljeno podjetje Elektrostudio, d. o. o., v katerem je bila izvedena raziskava. Osrednji del empiričnega dela predstavlja analiza organizacijske kulture v omenjenem podjetju. Glavni namen raziskave je bil ugotoviti dejansko stanje organizacijske kulture v tem podjetju, na podlagi analize sedanjega in želenega stanja kulture izpostaviti morebitne razlike med njima in podati konkretne predloge za njene izboljšanje.

Title:ANALYSIS OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE: Case of a company Elektrostudio, Ltd.
Abstract:The present master's thesis deals with the concept of organizational culture. It is the organizational factor that is directly most reciprocal with all other elements of the organization and its environment and all individuals involved in the system. Every single activity, change or behaviour is namely reflected in the organizational culture, as well as any change in culture leads to changes in other areas within the organization. With systematic management of the organizational culture the satisfaction of employees will increase and consequently also the successfulness of the whole organization. The organizational culture deals with ideology of the organization and forms of its manifestation. The ideology of the organization includes beliefs, values and standards. It is expressed through symbols, language, narrations and various activities. The master's thesis is divided into two parts, namely the theoretical and practical part. The first chapter of the theoretical part provides the definition of the organizational culture. This chapter presents some general definitions of culture and specific definitions of the organizational culture. Later in this chapter the causes for the study, components, characteristics and factors, influencing the organizational culture, are presented. The first chapter is concluded with a sub-chapter, discussing the role and importance of the organizational culture for business successfulness. The second chapter of the theoretical part is about the creation, maintenance and alteration of the organizational culture. The central floor is devoted to the alteration of the organizational culture with a detailed presentation of models for organizational culture alteration. The final chapter of the theoretical part discusses typologies of organizational cultures. In the preface the roles of qualitative and quantitative measurements of the organizational culture and their usefulness and effectiveness are presented. Later the typologies of the organizational cultures that mostly appear in literature are briefly presented. The central word is dedicated to the presentation of the organizational culture typology of the company Elektrostudio, Ltd., namely the typology after Cameron and Quinn, used in the analysis. The empirical part of the master's thesis briefly presents the company Elektrostudio, Ltd., where the research was carried out. The central part of the empirical part presents the analysis of the organizational culture in the company Elektrostudio, Ltd. The main purpose of the research was to determine the state of the organizational culture in the company Elektrostudio, Ltd., and based upon the analysis of the current and desired status of culture to highlight possible differences between them and make concrete suggestions for its improvement.
