Abstract:Namen diplomske naloge je bil izdelati napravo za pomoč pri blokiranju pralne grupe na liniji pralnih strojev. Delavci so do sedaj potiskali pralno grupo z eno roko navzdol, da so pozicionirali luknjo, z drugo roko pa vstavili zatič. Pralna grupa je v ohišju obešena na dveh vzmeteh, zato to delo postane težavno, ko ga delavec opravlja osem ur dnevno. Zaradi različnih kadi je potrebno zasnovati takšno napravo, ki bo primerna za vse tipe kadi. Poudarek je na varnosti, da ne pride do poškodb delavcev. Za varnost je bil upoštevan standard SIST EN ISO 13857 : 2008. Prav tako je bilo potrebno napravo vključiti v proces delovanja linije in zagotoviti optimalno učinkovitost v zahtevanem času cikla 37 sekund. Poleg same konstrukcije je bilo potrebno izdelati krmilje in zasnovati tehnološki postopek nove grupe. Rezultat tega je naprava, zaradi katere je delo na liniji optimalnejše, zmanjšalo se je število delavcev na enega na tem delovnem mestu; do sedaj sta delo opravljala dva delavca in najpomembnejše, olajšala je fizično delo.

Title:THE POSITIONING PROCESS AUTOMATION OF WASHING SET IN WASHING MACHINE
Abstract:The purpose of this diploma paper was to create a device, which would help to keep the washing units on the assembly line in their place. Until very recently, workers used one hand to push the washing unit in its place and the other to insert the pin. The washing unit hangs suspended within the housing by means of two springs, which makes it difficult to perform the work eight hours a day. Due to different tubs, it is necessary to create such a device that would fit to all types of tubs. The main goal is to protect workers and to prevent injuries. In order to comply with safety requirements, standard SIST EN ISO 13857:2008 was taken into account. Furthermore, the device had to be integrated into the assembly line in such a way to achieve its optimal efficiency within the given time limit of a cycle, which is 37 seconds. Besides the structure itself, the wiring mechanism also had to be manufactured and the technological procedure for the new washing unit had to be conceived. As a result, we now have a device, which has facilitated the work on the assembly line and has reduced the number of workers on this position. Only one worker is needed, instead of two and the most important thing is that less physical effort is needed to perform the job.
