Title:MODEL STRATEŠKE POSTAVITVE POSLOVNO PROIZVODNEGA SISTEMA

Abstract:Magistrsko delo je nastalo na osnovi izkušenj s področja vodenja start-up podjetja in zakonitosti projektnega menedžmenta. Predstavlja model strateške postavitve poslovno proizvodnega sistema, s katerim si je mogoče pomagati v semenski fazi, pa tudi kasneje, ko je podjetje že dobro izoblikovano. Celotna zgodba se začne z detekcijo podjetniške ideje, nadaljuje z razvojem le-te in vodi v pripravo učinkovitega poslovnega načrta ter predstavitve, ki navduši investitorje. Velik poudarek je namenjen pomembnemu področju organizacije projektov in proizvodnje s sistemom zunanje oskrbe ter informacijskim tokovom in kriterijem v bolj ali manj kompleksno organiziranem sistemu. Poleg stroškovne učinkovitosti je poudarjena tudi pomembnost stopnje inovativnosti in edinstvenosti v produktu, ki ga poslovni sistem zagotavlja ciljnim grupam. Z integracijo metod stohastičnega napovedovanja, natančneje metode drsečih srednjih vrednosti in linearne regresije I. reda smo, kot je predstavljeno v magistrskem delu, v mladem podjetju dvignili stopnjo inovativnosti oz. edinstvenosti, ki je lahko v očeh trga v neki točki ključnega pomena za uspešno realizacijo poslovnih planov. Na koncu magistrskega dela je na kratko predstavljen poslovni model 21. stoletja, ki zagotavlja obojestransko korist, in sicer med proizvajalcem ter kupcem na trg lansiranega izdelka. Živimo v času, ko je uspeh na področju prodaje mogoče doseči le, če potencialna stranka v produktu uvidi rentabilnost oz. profitabilnost investicije. Ta se lahko izraža tudi v dvigu dodane vrednosti njegovi storitvi oz. produktu, ki ga zagotavlja trgu ali celo njegovemu privatnemu življenju. Upoštevanje modela strateške postavitve poslovnega sistema zagotavlja hitro integracijo mladega podjetja in močno integriteto na lokalni ter kasneje tudi na globalni trg.

Title:THE MODEL OF STRATEGIC PRODUCTION BUSINESS SYSTEM ESTABLISHMENT
Abstract:This thesis came to existance based on experiences in the field of managing of a start-up company and definitions of project management and presents the model of a strategic technical establishment of production enterprise, that can be useful in the very early phase and also later, when the company is allready formated. The story starts with detection and development of a business idea and continues with business plan preparation and presentation, that will awake investors interest. The very iportant field is devoted to project organisation, production organisation, data flows and relations in the business system and kriterias in more then less complex organised business organisation. Besides the cost efficiency is on the other hand presented the importnace of innovation degree and uniqueness in the product, that the enterprise assures to the market. The integration of stohastic methods in the product presents the example of risig the products uniqueness on the higher level, that could at some point be very important deciding factor in the minds of the market. In the final part of the thesis is shortly but with example presented the business model of the 21. century, that assures benefits for both sides, that means for producer and for buyer. We live in the era, when the success is possible to acchieve only, when the potential customer in the product notices remunerativeness and profitableness of investment, that can be either value-added in his product or in his personal lifestyle. In the thesis described model of strategic establishment of a business system assures fast integration of a young company and strong integrity primarily on lokal and in the future also on global market.
