Title:GEOGRAFSKA UČNA POT SKOZI KRAJEVNO SKUPNOST SENOVO

Abstract:Dejstvo je, da se učitelji geografije vedno bolj zavedajo pomena aktivnega izkustvenega učenja izven učilnice, učenci pa še vedno premalo poznajo domače okolje in bližnjo pokrajino. Več kot imajo učenci pri pouku geografije možnosti neposredno stopiti v stik s stvarnostjo, višja je stopnja razumevanja in boljša je kvaliteta njihovega znanja. (Potočnik, 2008.) V diplomskem delu z naslovom Geografska učna pot skozi krajevno skupnost Senovo smo oblikovali učno pot z uporabo aktivnih učnih metod neposrednega opazovanja. Najprej smo proučili geografsko izobraževalni potencial krajevne skupnosti Senovo ter naselja Senovo in na podlagi terenskih proučevanj zapisali geografsko učno pot skozi krajevno skupnost Senovo. Analizirali smo možnosti uporabe geografske učne poti skozi krajevno skupnost Senovo v osnovnih in srednjih šolah ter izdelali primer učne priprave za izvajanje pouka geografije v 9. razredu osnovne šole. Učna pot je opremljena s priročnikom za učitelja, kjer bo našel vse, kar potrebuje pred odhodom na teren. Učnim listom za delo učencev so priložene rešitve, opisana merila in točkovnik za vrednotenje dela učencev na tej poti. Območje Senovega je primerno, zanimivo in geografsko pestro za nova spoznanja ter postavitev geografske učne poti skozenj.

Title:NATURAL TRAIL THROUGH LOCAL COMMUNITY SENOVO
Abstract:It is a fact that geography teachers are becoming increasingly aware of the importance of active empirical learning outside the classroom; however, students are still insufficiently familiar with the local environment. The more possibilities that students have to be in touch with the real environment, the higher is the level of their understanding and the better is the quality of their knowledge. (Potočnik, 2008.) In this diploma work bearing the title Nature trail through local community Senovo, we have devised a nature trail using active methods of direct observation that pose an alternative to learning inside the classroom. We have studied the geographical and educational potential of the local community of Senovo, the characteristics of the Senovo settlement and based on terrain research and field work, have planned a nature trail through Senovo. We have studied the possibilities of the use of the nature trail through Senovo in both primary and secondary school and have prepared an example of a lesson plan for a 9th grade primary school class. The nature trail is accompanied by a teacher's handbook and all the necessary study material. Solutions, descriptive assessment criteria as well as criteria in points are added to student's worksheets. The Senovo area is suitable, interesting and geographically diverse enough to provide new insights and offers a potential for setting up a nature trail.
