Title:MODEL OBVLADOVANJA KAKOVOSTI V DIVIZIJSKO ORGANIZIRANEM PODJETJU

Abstract:Pod pritiskom tržne konkurenčnosti se danes podjetja razhajajo na razpotju ali bodo vstopila v Evropo kot inovativna ali kot izkoriščena. Samo korenita sprememba v miselnosti zmore podjetja postaviti na konkurenčni vrh. Podjetja želijo pogosto izboljšati uspešnost vodenja procesov z reorganizacijo in vpeljavo novega informacijskega sistema, pozabljajo pa na prenovo ključnih inovativnih procesov. V magistrski nalogi predstavljamo nov prenovljen model kakovosti v raziskovanem podjetju, ki se od stare usmeritve iz funkcije nadziranja izdelave v proizvodnih obratih pomika v ospredje naprednega načrtovanja kakovosti procesov. To vodi k kakovostnemu izdelku ali storitvi, zadovoljstvu kupcev, zaposlenih, družbe, stalnemu izboljševanju, inovativnosti, kakovostnemu poslovanju in ne nazadnje tudi k dobrim poslovnim rezultatom. Prenovljen model kakovosti temelji na enotnem avtomobilskem standardu ISO/TS 16949, ki harmonizira različne zahteve avtomobilskih združenj. S pomočjo pristopa naprednega načrtovanja kakovosti izdelkov (APQP) smo prenovili procese trženja, razvoja izdelkov in razvoja tehnologij ter na ta način ustvarili temeljne pogoje za dvig učinkovitosti potenciala razvojnih timov. Skupaj z realizacijo še drugih podpirajočih strateških ciljev lahko postanemo razvojno in tehnološko inovativno naravnano podjetje, saj bomo le s tehnološko inovativnimi izdelki pod lastnimi blagovnimi znamkami konkurenčni na zahtevnem evropskem in svetovnem trgu. V zaključku je podana le kvalitativna ocena učinkov novega modela, saj je za resno kvantitativno analizo od vpeljave in pridobitve certifikata ISO/TS 16949 minilo manj kot šest mesecev.

Title:QUALITY CONTROL MODEL IN A DIVISION ORGANIZED COMPANY
Abstract:Under the presure of market competitors companies are on their way entering Europe as innovative or exploited. Only a radical change in mentality will take companies to the highest competitive peak. They often try to improve management performence processes with reorganization and introduction of new information systems, but forgetting the renewal of innovation key processes. In the master task we are presenting a companys' renovated model of quality research, which from previous control functions of production in manufacturing plants is moving forewards to advanced quality planning processes. This leads to a product or service quality, customer satisfaction, employees, society, continuing improvement, innovation, quality management and last but not least also good business results. The renovated quality model based on avtomative standards ISO/TS 16949, that harmonises the various requirements of automotive associations. With help of advanced product quality planning (APQP), we have refurbished marketing processes, product development and technology deployment, thereby created essential conditions for raising the effectiveness of potential development teams. Together with the realization of the strategic goals we can become technologically innovative and a development oriented company, because only with these sorts of products under its own brands we can compete on the demanding European and world market. In the end the given quality effects of the new model, since it is a serious quantative analysis of intiating and obtaining the certificate ISO/TS 16949 passed less than six months.
