Title:ZDRAVA PREHRANA OTROK OD ROJSTVA DO TREH LET

Abstract:V diplomskem delu z naslovom Zdrava prehrana otrok od rojstva do treh let so v teoretičnem delu zbrani podatki o zdravem in pravilnem prehranjevanju otrok. Zajete so teme o zdravem prehranjevanju otrok, podana je prehranska piramida, obravnavano je ustrezno pripravljanje otroške prehrane in pomen navad in razvad pri prehranjevanju. Naloga obravnava pomen zdrave prehrane od otrokovega rojstva do tretjega leta starosti. Posebej izpostavlja alergijsko odzivnost na prehrano, vlogo staršev in vzgojiteljev pri zdravem prehranjevanju otrok ter govori o pomenu debelosti v predšolski dobi. V empiričnem razdelku diplomskega dela so predstavljeni rezultati raziskave, s katero smo ugotavljali seznanjenost staršev o zdravem prehranjevanju otrok, o njihovem izobraževanju ter prenašanju znanja v vsakdanjo dejavnost. Pridobljeni podatki iz anketnega vprašalnika, ki je bil namenjen staršem otrok, starih največ tri leta, so bili obdelani in prikazani v obliki grafikona. Anketa je bila izvedena v mesecu juniju 2009, v njej je sodelovalo 33 staršev. Zastavljene hipoteze so bile preverjene in ovrednotene z deskriptivno metodo empiričnega pedagoškega raziskovanja. Rezultati ankete kažejo, da 73 % staršev meni, da poseduje dovolj znanja o zdravem prehranjevanju otrok, 67 % staršev pa poučuje svoje otroke o zdravem prehranjevanju. 79 % anketirancev se srečuje z zavračanjem hrane. Z alergijskimi odzivi na hrano pa se sooča 33 % staršev. Sodelujoči v anketi ocenjujejo, da je pomembno razvijanje zdravega načina prehrane že v predšolski dobi.

Title:HEALTHY NUTRITION FOR CHILDREN FROM THEIR BIRTH TO THE AGE OF THREE
Abstract:In the diploma paper titled »Healthy nutrition for children from their birth to the age of three« the theoretical part includes data about healthy and proper nutrition of children. It includes topics of healthy nutrition for children, nutrition pyramid, the proper preparation of children food and the meaning of good and bad nutrition habits. The diploma paper discusses the importance of healthy nutrition from the birth of a child to its three years of age. It focuses especially on the allergic reactions to food, the role of parents and teachers in healthy nutrition of children and the importance of obesity in pre-school period. In the empirical part of the diploma paper the results of a research are presented. With it, we were trying to gather data about how much parents know about the healthy nutrition of children, about their education and the transference of knowledge into everyday practice. Data, obtained from the questionnaire intended for parents of children up to three years of age was analyzed and presented in a diagram. The questionnaire was performed in June 2009 including 33 parents. The hypotheses were checked and evaluated with a descriptive method of empirical pedagogical research. Questionnaire results show that 73 % of parents think they have enough knowledge about healthy nutrition of children and 67 % of parents educate their children about healthy nutrition. 79 % of respondents are facing food rejection while 33 % of parents have to deal with allergic reactions to food. Participants in the questionnaire estimated that the development of healthy nutrition habits is important in the pre-school period.
