Title:ANALIZA SISTEMA NABAV V FIRMI IKEA V OKVIRU POSLOVNEGA SODELOVANJA Z DRUŽBO AHA EMMI

Abstract:Diplomsko delo smo vsebinsko razdelili na pet poglavij. Po uvodnem delu, smo v naslednjih treh poglavjih z uporabo strokovne literature prikazali teoretske osnove mednarodnega trženja, s poudarkom na mednarodnem okolju, oblikah in strategijah vstopanja na tuje trge in možnih strateških povezavah v okviru mednarodnih poslovnih povezav. V drugem, aplikativnem delu diplomske naloge, smo v okviru poglavja pet analizirali sistem nabav v firmi IKEA v okviru poslovnega partnerstva z družbo AHA EMMI iz Slovenske Bistrice. na osnovi dostopnih in razpoložljivih podatkov podjetja AHA EMMI, smo nekoliko podrobneje prikazali posamezna pravila trgovanja in o0dpreme oziroma dobav, ki jih je potrebno upoštevati pri trgovanju nabavnem poslovanju s firmo IKEA. Družba AHA EMMI je v letu 2009 s firmo IKEA stopila v strateško poslovno zvezo in na osnovi tega s svetovno znanim šv edskim proizvajalcem pohištva sklenila 3-letno kooperacijsko pogodbo o izdelavi oziroma dobavi aluminijskih sklopov in komponent, ki se uporabljajo v proizvodnih programih IKEA.

Title:ANALYSIS OF THE SYSTEM OF THE PURCHASING OF GOODS IN THE COMPANY IKEA WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE BUSINESS COOPERATION WITH COMPANY AHA EMMI
Abstract:We have divided the content of the thesis into five chapters. After the introduction, in the next three chapters we have presented, with the use of expert literature, thetheoretical bases of international marketing with emphasis on the international environment. Forms and strategies of entry onto foreign markets and possible strategic connections within the frame of international business connections. In the second, applicative part of the thesis, within chapter five, we have analyzed the supply sistem in the company IKEA within the framework of the business partnership with the company AHA EMMI from Slovenska Bistrica. On the basis of accessible and disposable information from the company AHA EMMI, we have in detail displayed the individual rules of trade and shipping or supply, which need to be taken into account in trading or supplying business with company IKEA. The company AHA EMMI has in 2009 formed a strategic business aliance with IKEA and on the basis of this gooperation concluded a 3-year long cooperative contract with this world renowned Swedish furniture manufacturer for the manufacturing and supply of aluminium joints and components, which are used in production programmes of the company IKEA.
