Abstract:Delodajalci se vedno bolj zavedajo, kako pomembni so za doseganje ciljev zaposleni delavci, zato je kvalitetna izbira novih ljudi za zaposlitev pomembna poslovna odločitev, prav tako procesi, s katerimi se ustrezni kadri usposabljajo, nagrajujejo, motivirajo, napredujejo in obdržijo. Vse to lahko neposredno vpliva na uspešnost poslovanja. V tem diplomskem delu je osrednja pozornost namenjena zaposlovanju kadrov v podjetju Tuš, posebej v njegovi Poslovni enoti Jesenice. Po splošni predstavitvi podjetja in njegova razvoja, organizacijski in kadrovski strukturi se v empiričnem delu osredotočamo na gibanje zaposlenih ter postopkom pri pridobivanju, izbiri in uvajanju novih delavcev. Postopke, ki jih izvaja podjetje, primerjamo s prevladujočimi teoretičnimi izhodišči na tem področju. Posebej prikazujemo pregled pravic zaposlenih delavcev po kolektivni pogodbi dejavnosti in zaključujemo z nekaj predlogi za izboljšave v procesu zaposlovanja kadrov.

Title:THE PROCESS OF EMPLOYMENT IN ENTERPRISE TUŠ D.D.
Abstract:Employers are becoming increasingly more aware of the importance their the employees play in achieving the set aims of the company. Thus the quality of the selection of new employees has become an important business decision, as have the procedures in which the suitable staff are recruited, trained, motivated, paid, promoted and prompted to remain in the company. All this directly influences success of the company. This diploma essay focuses on the employment of staff in company TUŠ, with special focus on the branch in Jesenice. Having given general presentation of the company, its development, organization and staff structure the practical part puts the emphasis on recruitment, choice and initial training of new staff. The procedures used by the company are compared to those presently prevailing in the field. The overview of workers rights according to the collective contract is presented and some suggestions for improvement in the process of staff employment are given.
