Abstract:Zobniško dvojico s poškodbami lahko raziskujemo z raznimi eksperimentalnimi metodami in oblikujemo zbirko pravil, ki opisujejo posamezno poškodbo. Nadomestni dinamični model zobniške dvojice omogoča raziskavo dinamičnih odzivov za poljubni primer valjastih evolventnih zobnikov pri izbranih pogojih in izbrani napaki na zobniku. Prispevek vsebuje modele za opisovanje zobniških dvojic ter natančno obravnavo in popis za masni rotacijski model z upoštevanjem trenja, triboloških zakonitosti in zakonov ozobij. Poglobljeno so obravnavana in upoštevana področja dinamike masnih modelov valjastih zobniških dvojic, Hertzovega kontakta, tribologije Hertzovega kontakta in algoritmi izračunavanja rezultatov z orodjem Mathematica.

Title:Mechanical model used in gear pair diagnostics
Abstract:A damaged gear pair can be investigated by using differential experimental methods; results can lead to a collection of rules for fault identification. A mechanical gear pair replacement model makes it possible to research dynamic responses of involute gear pair under selected conditions and in relation to a selected gear fault. Models for gear pair description and precise treatment for mass rotating model are included, taking friction as well as tribology and gear principles into consideration. The dynamics of gear pair mass rotating models, Hertzian contact, tribology of Hertzian contact and calculating algorithms by Mathematica are taken into consideration and dealt with great detail.
