Title:APPEARANCE AND SOLVING OF CONFLICT IN ORGANIZATION
Abstract:Today’s situation in the country and confrontation with the crisis cause great conflicts in working organizations. It is therefore very important to know how to manage conflict situations and to find the ways to deal with them. For a positive resolution of conflicts, it is necessary to know two things: to understand how such conflicts occur and than create an atmosphere which emphasizes positive characteristics of the conflicts; after all, a conflict always emerges because of the needs and desires of individuals when they are prevented to realize them. A conflict is a serious test of our capabilities in interpersonal relations; particularly in communicational skills in the most difficult situations we should be very responsible when it comes to choosing the right strategies for resolution of conflicts. Good relations between employees have positive impact on working performance and the operation of the organization. Today’s organizations may lack the atmosphere that could enable the development of frank and humane interpersonal relations. As a summary of all, I would say that the communication is very important as an integral part of our everyday life; of both personal and official. Communication is undoubtedly the source of every success as well as the reason for failure; much more can be achieved with effective communication in order to attain our objectives in both personal and in business life. We can see throughout this diploma thesis that the conflict and the communication are closely connected or are inseparable. Interpersonal communication can lead to solution of a conflict situation, but it can also create one.
