Title:Vpliv degradacije SIS strukture na prenos toplote pri pretoku vodnih raztopin surfaktantov

Abstract:V magistrskem delu je raziskana možnost uporabe aditivov v praksi ter opisane kemijske in reološke značilnosti raztopin polimernih aditivov in kationskih surfaktantov pri pretoku skozi cevi v laminarnem in turbulentnem področju. Prav tako je analiziran vpliv aditivov na zmanjšanje trenja in prenosa toplote. V raziskavi so podani rezultati preračunov koeficienta trenja, Reynolds-ovega števila pri različnih pretokih in premerih cevi, padca tlaka na meter cevi, ter stopnje zmanjšanja trenja, ki se navezujejo na vodo in vodno raztopino surfaktanta. Za različne tipe prenosnikov toplote je analiziran vpliv spremembe koeficienta trenja na prenos toplote. Ugotovljeno je, da pri pretoku raztopine površinsko aktivnih aditivov oziroma surfaktantov v ceveh le ti v območju velikih strižnih sil tvorijo paličaste micele, ki se medsebojno povezujejo v medmolekulsko SIS strukturo, ki absorbira energijo turbulence in s tem vpliva na zmanjšanje trenja in prenos toplote. Rezultati teoretičnih izračunov se dobro ujemajo z raziskavami in eksperimenti avtorjev, ki so navedeni v literaturi magistrskega dela.

Title:The impacts of degradation intermolecular SIS structure on heat transfer in surfactant aqueous solution flow
Abstract:Possibility to use additive solutions into practice, chemical and rheological properties of polymeric and cationic surfactants in the laminare and turbulent pipes flow behavior are described in the master's degree. There are analysed the impacts of additive solutions on drag reduction and heat transfer too. In the reserches there are extended results of calculations for drag coefficient, Re number by a different flows and tube diameters, pressure drop on a meter of pipe lang and drag reduction rate for aqueous solution and surfactant solution. There are making numerous investigations and tests for different types of heat and cooling systems and the impacts of different drag coefficients on heat transfer. It is truly stated that under the influence of large shear forces the polymeric and cationic surfactant additive solutions form rod-like micelles at the passage through a pipe associated into an intermolecular SIS structure that absorbs the turbulence energy thus influencing the reduction in drag reduction or heat transfer. The results of theoretical calculations are in a good accordance with the investigations and experiments of other authors stated in the references of degree.
