Title:OPTIMIZACIJA CENTRIFUGALNE DEHIDRACIJE AEROBNO STABILIZIRANEGA BLATA BIOLOŠKIH ČISTILNIH NAPRAV

Abstract:Osnovni namen raziskovanja je teoretično opredeliti sistem čiščenja s problematiko odpadnega blata in dejavnikov, ki vplivajo na učinkovito izvajanje čiščenja komunalne in odpadne vode na Čistilni napravi Celje. Med procesom čiščenja na komunalnih čistilnih napravah kot končni produkt čiščenja nastane blato. Blato je treba zbirati, stabilizirati, zgoščati in nato na primeren način odstranjevati. Diplomsko delo temelji na konkretnem primeru analiziranja obdelave aerobno stabiliziranega blata, ki zajema procese stabilizacije, predzgoščanja in dehidracije. Praktični primer preučuje uporabo polimera in naprav za odstranjevanje vode iz odvečnega aktivnega blata. Optimizacija sistema za dehidracijo je po analizi stroškov in nastavitvi delovnih parametrov centrifuge in postaje za pripravo ter mešanje polimera, zagotovila boljše ekonomske in okoljske rezultate.

Title:CENTRIFUGAL DEWATERING OPTIMIZATION OF AEROBIC DIGESTED SLUDGE OF BIOLOGICAL WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT
Abstract:The main goal of my research was to theoretically determine the cleaning system with the waste sludge issue and factors which influence the effective treatment of communal water and wastewater at the Treatment plant Celje. During the treatment process at the biological treatment plants, all treatment plants produce sludge. This activated sludge needs to be gathered, stabilized and properly disposed of. The diploma work is based on a practical example of analyzing the aerobically stabilized sludge treatment which involves the processes of stabilization, pre-thickening of sludge and dehydration. The practical example explores the use of polymer and waste activated sludge dewatering. Cost analysis and adjustment of operational parameters of the centrifuge and polymer mixing and preparation station made after the optimization of the dehydration system have improved economical and environmental results.
