Title:UPORABA INFORMACIJSKO KOMUNIKACIJSKE TEHNOLOGIJE V OSNOVNIH ŠOLAH

Abstract:V diplomski nalogi sem poiskala odgovor na vprašanje, kako povečati uporabo informacijsko-komunikacijske tehnologije v izobraževanju, kako motivirati učitelje in učence, predvsem pa sem se osredotočila na novo vlogo učitelja, učenca ter nove pristope učenja in poučevanja v osnovnih šolah. Podrobno sem predstavila novo vlogo učitelja, cilje, prednosti in slabosti njegovega izobraževanja in usposabljanja. Izpostavila sem izobraževalna e-gradiva, ki spreminjajo učni proces ter omogočajo učencu interaktivnost s snovjo, hkrati pa prinašajo novo vlogo učitelja v učnem procesu. Predstavila sem trenutne projekte in aktivnosti, ki jih izvajajo odgovorne institucije z namenom podpore in izboljšanja uporabe informacijsko-komunikacijske tehnologije vseh sodelujočih v izobraževalnem procesu. Pomembno vlogo bo imelo središče za e-šolstvo, znotraj katerega se bodo koordinirano izvajale vse aktivne dejavnosti na področju informacijsko-komunikacijske tehnologije v šolstvu. Navedene dejavnosti so: razvoj in izvedba svetovanja, podpora šolam, razvoj in uvajanje e-gradiv ter usposabljanje učiteljev za uporabo informacijsko-komunikacijske tehnologije. Na koncu sem strnila ugotovitve nekaterih pomembnih raziskav, ki so bile narejene na področju informacijsko-komunikacijske tehnologije za slovenske osnovne šole. Na podlagi ugotovitev in intervjuja, ki sem ga opravila s predstavnikom Ministrstva za šolstvo in šport, sem ocenila trenutno stanje na področju e-gradiv, izobraževanja, usposabljanja učiteljev in uporabe informacijsko-komunikacijske tehnologije v slovenskih osnovnih šolah.

Title:USE OF INFORMATIONAL COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES (ICT) IN PRIMARY SCHOOLS
Abstract:I found answer about question trough my dissertation, how to increase use of Information and communication technology (ICT) in education, how to motivate teachers and pupils. Mostly I focused on new role of teachers, pupils and new ways of learning and teaching in primary schools. I represented new role of teachers, aims, good and bad points of teacher`s educating and improving his knowledge and getting practical experiences and new ways of teaching. I focused on educating e-materials, which candidates can get on CD-ROM-s, DVD-ROMs and internet. In this way pupils easier get contact with several e-materials, they become more interactive to the materials, and at the same time they put teachers in new position of teaching process. I represented new projects and activities, which are led by corresponding institutions with intention of support and increasing use of information and communication technologies (ICT). This must be important for all who are included in teaching process. Centre for e-education will be very important in future and there in it will be harmonized all activities of new educating systems. These activities are: development and realization of consulting, help to schools, help with preparing of suitable e-materials and giving right qualifications to teachers who will introduce new methods of Information and communication technologies (ICT). At the end I tried to represent the findings of the most important researches done in the field information and communication technologies for Slovene primary schools. I got view in present state in schools with representative of Ministry of education and sport and my researches. In this way we know how this knowledge is used in our schools now and we can plan next improvements.
