Abstract:POVZETEK Delo in delovno mesto sta zelo pomembna dejavnika v življenju posameznika, vendar ga hkrati ogrožata s posameznimi oblikami psihičnega in fizičnega tveganja. Vsako delovno mesto vključuje mnogo mogočih virov stresa. Tisto, kar povzroča stres, pa ni delo, temveč so sovražne vsebine dela, npr. neprimerna organizacija dela, slaba porazdelitev nalog, institucionalni vidik socialnega dela — tradicija, norme, zakoni, pravila vedenja (organizacijska kultura). Stres pri učiteljih je oblika poklicnega stresa, uvršča se ga med tri najbolj stresne poklice. V nalogi smo predstavili teoretične osnove s področja stresa (stresorji, reakcija na stres, mediatorji stresa, spoprijemanje s stresom) ter opredelili stanje stresa med učitelji (glavne značilnosti in povzročitelje stresa, vpliv posledic stresa na opravljanje dela, njegovo preprečevanje in obvladovanje). V nadaljevanju smo spregovorili še o spoprijemanju učiteljev s stresom v okviru CINDI Slovenija. Na podlagi teoretičnih izhodišč smo z raziskavo, ki smo jo izvedli po osnovnih šolah na območju občine Slovenska Bistrica, poskušali ugotoviti obstoječe stanje stresa med učitelji, ki poučujejo na omenjenih šolah. Ugotovili smo, da so učitelji, ki so sodelovali pri raziskavi, pod stresom. Najpogostejši znak stresa pri njih je utrujenost (telesni znak), sledita mu zaskrbljenost in vznemirjenost (znaka doživljanja stresa). Na njihovo stopnjo stresa pa vplivajo različni dejavniki. Učitelji navajajo "problematične učence" in "preobremenjenost z delom" kot najmočnejša dejavnika za nastanek stresa, kot najmočnejšo skupino dejavnikov pa »odnose s sodelavci, vodstvom«. Rezultati raziskave kažejo na slabše spoprijemajo učiteljev s stresom. Manj primerne tehnike spoprijemanja s stresom ("trudim se, da opravim vso delo, ki mi je naloženo") so pri njih najpogosteje uporabljene. Prav tako imajo omenjeni učitelji slabše prehranjevalne in gibalne navade ter številne razvade (hodijo pozno spat, gledajo TV …). Predloge za boljše obvladovanje stresa med učitelji smo podali na osnovi rezultatov raziskave. Le-ti temeljijo na podobi sodobnega učitelja — razmišljujočega in inovativnega strokovnjaka, ki s svojim delom prerašča vsakdanjo rutino in togo sledenje predpisanim programom in metodam, pri čemer pa je zelo potrebno skrbeti tudi za njegovo osebnostno in strokovno rast.

Title:STRESS AMONG TEACHERS OF PRIMARY SCHOOLS
Abstract:ABSTRACT The work and the workplace are very important factors in the life of an individual who at the same time threaten the individual forms of psychological and physical risks. Each workstation includes many potential souces of stress. What causes stress, but did not work, bat hate the work content, for example organization of work, poor distribution of tasks, institutional aspect of social work - tradition, norms, laws, rules of behavior (organizational culture). Stress among teachers is a form of occupational stress, it ranks among the top three most stressful occupations. The task we presented the theory in the field of stress (stressors, stress reaction, mediators of stress, to deal with stress) and outline the state of stress among teachers (the main characteristics and zoonotic stress, the impact of stress on the performance of his duties, its prevention and control). Below, we spoke about to tackle teacher stress in the context of CINDI Slovenia. On theoretical starting points are the survey that we performed at basic schools in the municipality of Slovenian Bistrica, attempt to determine the current state of stress among teachers who teach in these schools. We found that teachers who participated in the study, under stress. The most common sign of stress in their fatigue (physical character), followed by concern and agitation (signs of stress perception). Of their level of stress and various factors. Teachers indicate “problem students” and “backlog” as the strongest factor for the emergence of stress, as the strongest group of factors and »relations with colleagues, leadership«. The survey results also show the worse teachers faced with stress. Less appropriate technigues to deal with stress (“trying to do it all the work that I ordered”) are to them is the most commonly used. It also said teachers have worse eating and locomotory habits and a number of vices (go to sleep late, watch TV,…). Proposals for better management of stress among teachers was made on the basis of survey results. They are based on the image of a modern teacher – thinking and innovative expert whose work overgrown daily routine and rigidly prescribed and tracking methods, but it is also necessary to care for his personal and professional growth.
