Title:KONSTRUKCIJA IN REGULACIJA ELEKTRIČNIH VOZIL

Abstract:Namen diplomske naloge je prikazati sklope električnega vozila oziroma EV in jih natančneje opisati. Osredotočili se bomo na izbiro akumulatorjev, električnih motorjev, prenosa moči na kolesa, kakor tudi na različne možne konfiguracije prenosa moči na kolesa. Pri tem bomo videli, da vsak od teh sklopov močno vpliva na vodljivost vozila, ob pravilni izbiri pa dobimo uravnoteženo, enostavno vodljivo vozilo. Opisali bomo tudi regenerativno zaviranje, ki je eden izmed pomembnih faktorjev pri avtonomiji vozila. Prikazali bomo uporabo in prednosti digitalnih signalnih krmilnikov, ki tudi omogočajo izvedbo algoritma FOC, ki izboljša dinamično odzivnost motorjev. S pomočjo Hallovih sond pa bomo pokazali, kako se meri in izračuna mehanska hitrost motorja in električni kot. Za konec, bomo prikazali praktični primer regulacije motorja s pomočjo mikrokrmilnika.

Title:CONSTRUCTION AND CONTROL OF ELECTRIC VEHICLES
Abstract:The purpose of the diploma work is to show sets of the electric vehicle or EV and accurately interpreted. We will focus on the choice of batteries, electric motors, transfer of power to the wheels, as well as the various possible configurations transfer of power to the wheels. We will see, that each of these sets a significant impact on vehicle handling, at correct choice it gives a balanced, easy handling vehicle. We will explain the regenerative braking, which is one of the important factors in vehicle autonomy. We'll show advantages of use digital signal controllers, which also permit the FOC algorithm, which improves the dynamic response of engines. With the help of Hall sensors we have shown, how to measure and calculate the mechanical speed of the engine and electrical angle. For the end, we show a practical example of regulation of the engine using Microcontrollers.
