Abstract:Iz vzorcev kozjega mleka in fecesa smo uspešno izolirali 16 bakterijskih vzorcev in jih karakterizirali s pomočjo klasičnih in sodobnih mikrobioloških metod. Izmed izoliranih in karakteriziranih 16 bakterij jih 14 pripada rodu Lactobacillus ter 2 rodu Lactococcus. Dokazali smo pozitiven vpliv bakterij v in vitro celičnem modelu intestinalnega trakta.

Title:Isolation and biological activity of potentially protective or probiotic bacteria in goat milk and intestinal tract
Abstract:We isolated and characterized successfully 16 bacterial samples from goat milk and feces with classical and modern practices. Among the isolated bacteria, 14 belong to the genus of Lactobacillus and 2 belong to the genus of Lactococcus. We proved the beneficial influence of bacteria in a in vitro intestinal cell model. The results showed a good degree of attachment to the intestinal epithelium, low citotoxicity and stimulation of non-specific immune responses. With this we also showed that these bacteria fulfill the criteria for probiotic selection. They are functional and non-pathogenic. The isolates M5K1 (Lactobacillus Brevis), F1K1K2 (Lactobacillus Plantarum) and F1K1K1 (Lactococcus Rafinolactis) are especially interesting for further research due to their efficiency. We observed strong specifities among different genus groups concerning their bio-activity. Our work presents a unique experimental approach for this kind of analysis.
