Abstract:Delovno razmerje je pogodbeno razmerje, delavec in delodajalec lahko v tem razmerju uveljavljata samo tiste pravice in obveznosti, ki so določene z zakoni, kolektivnimi pogodbami, splošnimi akti in pogodbo o zaposlitvi. Nadzor nad izvajanjem predpisov s področja delovnega prava opravlja Inšpektorat RS za delo. Sodno varstvo se v skladu z zakonom zagotavlja na delovnem in socialnem sodišču. Tudi zaradi posledic kršitev zakona, ki so za posameznika in družbo nesprejemljive je področje delovnih razmerij v stalnem dograjevanju in spreminjanju.

Title:LEGAL CONSEQUENCES OF BREACH OF THE OBLIGATIONS OF EMPLOYERS
Abstract:Labour relations is conctracting relations. A worker and employer can assert only the rights and obligations defined with laws, collective agreements, general document and employment contract. Implementation of labour law regulations controls the Inspectorate for Labour of the Republic of Slovenia. According to the law, judical protection is assured by labour and social court. Labour relations sphere is constantly improved, because of the law breaking and its consequences wich are not acceptable to individual and society.
