Title:NABAVNO POSLOVANJE PODJETJA KOMUNALA MURSKA SOBOTA

Abstract:Vsako podjetje se samo odloči, kolikšen pomen bo pripisalo nabavni funkciji, vendar v uspešnih podjetjih vedo, da se z dobro organizirano nabavo lahko doseže del dobička. Osnovna naloga nabave je, da oskrbuje podjetje s potrebnim materialom ustrezne kakovosti in količine ob pravem času in po primerni ceni. Nabava pa poleg osnovnih nalog opravlja še veliko drugih nalog (raziskava nabavnega trga, pogajanja z dobavitelji, sklepanje pogodb z dobavitelji …). V diplomski nalogi je teoretično predstavljena nabava, njena vloga in pomen, cilji in naloge nabave ter na kakšen način nabavna funkcija sodeluje z ostalimi funkcijami v podjetju. Teoretično sta predstavljena tudi javno podjetje in nabava preko javnih naročil, saj takšen način nabave v javnih podjetjih prevladuje. Na koncu sem predstavila javno podjetje Komunala Murska Sobota, nabavno poslovanje v podjetju in kako poteka nabava materiala, storitev ali gradenj preko javnih naročil. Uspešnost podjetja je ključnega pomena za obstoj in razvoj podjetja na trgu. Uspešnost pa je odvisna od vseh poslovnih funkcij in povezanosti med njimi. Tako je uspešnost poslovanja v veliki meri odvisna tudi od nabave. V podjetju Komunala Murska Sobota ima nabavna funkcija velik pomen, saj se zavedajo, da z dobro organizirano nabavno funkcijo lahko prispevajo k uspešnosti podjetja.

Title:PURCHASING MANAGEMENT IN COMPANY KOMUNALA MURSKA SOBOTA
Abstract:Every company makes a choice about the importance of the purchasing function, but successful companies know that a well organized acquisition can contribute to a certain profit. The main task of the acquisition is to supply the company with necessary material of a suitable quality and quantity in the right time and for a suitable price. Besides the main tasks the acquisition deals with numerous other tasks (acquisition market research, contractor negotiations, closing contracts with suppliers …). The Thesis provides a theoretical presentation of the acquisition, its role and importance, goals and task and the way that the acquisition cooperates with other functions in the company. Also theoretically presented are the public company and purchase through public orders, because this type of purchase is predominant in public companies. Finally I presented the public company Komunala Murska Sobota, its purchase management and the course of material, services and construction purchase through public orders. The success of the company is a key factor for the company’s existence and development on the market. But the success depends on all business functions and their connections. The success of business activities in that manner also strongly depends on the acquisition. The purchase function has a significant importance in the company Komunala Murska Sobota, because they are aware of the fact that a well organized purchase function can contribute to the company’s success.
