Title:IZOBRAŽEVANJE IN USPOSABLJANJE ZAPOSLENIH V PODJETJU

Abstract:V diplomski nalogi smo prikazali izobraževanje in usposabljanje zaposlenih v podjetju Hidria Rotomatika d.o.o. in pripravili inštruktorski sistem izobraževanja zaposlenih za potrebe podjetja. Inštruktorski sistem izobraževanja je namenjen uvajanju novozaposlenih direktnih delavcev in zaposlenim, ki se vrnejo iz daljše odsotnosti z dela ter zaposlenim, da strokovno rastejo in dosegajo boljše rezultate dela. Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in raziskovalnega dela. V teoretičnih osnovah s pomočjo obstoječe literature poskušamo povzeti vsebino, ki obravnava izobraževanje in usposabljanje zaposlenih. Raziskovalni del diplomske naloge temelji na zastavljenih vprašanjih. Predstavili smo, kako poteka izobraževanje in usposabljanje v podjetju. V nadaljevanju je opisan potek inštruktorskega sistema izobraževanja: kateri so glavni cilji, komu je namenjen, kdo je lahko inštruktor in njegove naloge, kako bo potekal izbor in usposabljanje inštruktorjev, kdo izbira učne vsebine in kako se pripravi učno gradivo ter kdo vodi matriko usposobljenosti. V podjetju Hidria Rotomatika d.o.o. je temeljni namen izobraževanja zaposlenih, da imajo usposobljene zaposlene, ki so sposobni dosegati cilje podjetja in s svojim delom prispevali k uspešnosti podjetja. Podjetje izvaja načrtovanje izobraževanj po določenem postopku in vključuje vse stopnje izobraževalnega cikla. Zaposlene spodbujajo k stalnemu izobraževanju na vseh nivojih. Podjetje z uvedbo inštruktorskega sistema izobraževanja zaposlenih izboljša kakovost in količino svojih proizvodov ter storitev, kar pa dolgoročno pripomore k večji konkurenčnosti in delovni uspešnosti zaposlenih in podjetja.

Title:EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF EMPLOYEES IN COMPANY
Abstract:This thesis explains the educating and training system for the employees of Hidria Rotomatika and prepares the instructorship education system with the purpose of introducing new employees into their work at Hidria, helping the employees returning to work after a longer period of absence and enabling the employees to grow professionally and to achieve better results at work. The thesis comprises a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical part provides an overview of existing sources on employee education and training. The empirical part consists of a survey of questions. The thesis explains the process of educating and training employees in the company, and describes the instructorship education system and its main goals and purposes, the prerequisites for being an instructor and the instructor's tasks, the selection and training of instructors, the selection and preparation of study materials, and the keeping of the competency matrix. At Hidria Rotomatika, the main purpose of employee education is to provide highly competent employees who are capable of achieving the goals of the company and contributing to the success of the company. Hidria plans the education of the employees by following a procedure which includes all phases of the educational cycle. The employees are encouraged to participate in constant education on all possible levels. With the introduction of the new instructorship education system, the company has improved the quality and quantity of its products and services, contributing to a better competitiveness and to a greater achievement of the working goals of the company.
