Abstract:Preživeti na trgu, ki je poln konkurence in sive ekonomije, je v današnjem času težko. Podjetja se morajo zavedati, da ni namen samo preživeti na trgu, ampak je potrebno živeti trg. Za to je pomembno, da znamo sprejemati razlike, spremembe in postavljati nove metode dela. Razvoj in obstoj podjetja je odvisen od inoviranja in sprejemanja dejanskega stanja. Pomembno vlogo pri vsem tem imajo inovacije, ki so glavni dejavnik sprememb v podjetju in na trgu. Težave se pojavljajo tudi pri samem financiranju inovativnih podjetij, zato je večina primorana najemati kredite, kar pomeni večje stroške. Moje mnenje je, da bi država morala nameniti več posluha za inovativna podjetja, saj imam občutek, da gleda nanje kot »mačeha«. Proces od ideje do inovacije je vse prej kot enostaven, saj ga prepleta veliko ovir, odporov in finančnih vrzeli. Pomembno je, da se v podjetju zavedamo pomena inovacij in to zavedanje širimo ne samo v sosednjo pisarno ampak med vse zaposlene v podjetju, saj je ključnega pomena to, da širimo in ustvarjamo inovativno delovno okolje, ki je pogoj za nastajanje novih zamisli. Za realizacijo inovacije je potrebno veliko različnih faz, ki ne zajemajo samo poti od ideje do inovacije, ampak tudi analize, teste, poizkuse, strategije, postavljanje ciljev, uvajanje inovacije na trg in njena analiza. Ko je invencija pripravljena, jo damo v uporabo, nato pa spremljamo odzive uporabnikov in trga. Uporabniki in trg so glavni vir povratne »feedback« zveze, ki nam pove ali je postala inovacija ali ne. Če je postala inovacija, pomeni to za podjetje uspeh, uresničitev ciljev, konkurenčno prednost, večji dobiček, prepoznavnost in ugled. Lahko trdim, da so inovacije nuja v sodobnem gospodarstvu. Nove rešitve lahko veliko pripomorejo, olajšajo delo, pritegnejo nove odjemalce in dobavitelje, ter širijo ustvarjalni duh v domačem ali podjetniškem okolju.

Title:IMPACT OF PRODUCT INNOVATION ON THE ENTERPRISE VINA STEYER
Abstract:Especially in today’s time it is difficult to survive on the market full of competition and informal economy. Companies must be aware that their purpose is not only surviving on the market, but is also important that they are “alive”. Because of these things it is important, that we know how to accept differences, changes and impose new working methods. Development and existence of company depends upon innovating and accepting of actual condition as it is. Innovations are the main factor of changes within the company and on the market, and have important role in all of these. Problems occur at financing of innovative companies, so they are forced to get loans, which result in higher costs. In my opinion our country should devote more attention to innovative companies, since in my opinion our country is to them more like a “stepmother”. Process from idea to innovation is anything but easy, since many barriers, resistances and financial gaps are intertwining it. It is important that the company is aware of the importance of innovations, and that this awareness is not spread only into the neighborhood office but between all employees in the company. It is crucial, that we promote and create an innovative working environment, which is the precondition for development of new ideas. For realization of innovation it is necessary to go through many different phases, which do not cover only the path from idea to innovation, but also analysis, tests, experiments, strategies, goals setting, introducing the innovation to the market, diffusion process and its analysis. When the innovation is developed, we put it in use, and then we monitor the responses of users and market. Users and the market are the main source of feedback link, which tells us whether innovation on the market is accepted as useful or not. The positive accepting of innovation means for company success, achieved goals, competitive advantage, larger profit, recognizability and reputation. I can say that innovations are necessary within modern economy. New solutions can contribute a lot, make work easier, they can attract new clients and suppliers and they spread the creative spirit at home and in the company.
