Abstract:V podjetju Nafta Petrochem d.o.o. se zaradi potreb po zadostnih količinah hladilne vode za hlajenje urea-formaldehidnih lepil preučujejo možnosti učinkovitega hlajenja predvsem v poletnih mesecih. Ena izmed možnih rešitev hlajenja je z absorpcijsko hladilno napravo, ki koristi odpadno toploto, kar je ekonomsko učinkovitejše in okolju prijaznejše od uporabe kompresijske hladilne naprave. Diplomska naloga vključuje teoretične osnove različnih zasnov absorpcijskih hladilnih naprav in simulacijo obratovanja enostopenjske absorpcijske hladilne naprave s programom Aspen Plus® 2006.5. Pri izbranih obratovalnih pogojih s simulacijo je določen izkoristek naprave COP = 0,8.

Title:ABSORPTION REFRIGERATION SYSTEM FOR PRODUCTION OF COOLING WATER
Abstract:Industrial company Nafta – Petrocehm d.o.o. is studying the problem of assuring sufficient quantities of cooling water, required for cooling urea – formaldehyde glues, mainly in summer season. One of the possible solutions of cooling is heat operated absorption refrigeration system, which is economically more effective and environmentally friendlier compared to vapor compression system. Diploma work presents various designs of absorption refrigeration systems and simulation of single effect absorption refrigeration system with computer program Aspen Plus® 2006.5. For chosen working conditions coefficient of performance obtained with simulation is COP = 0.8.
