Abstract:Glasba je del vsakega človeka. Ljudska glasba je del in posebnost nekega naroda, je globoko vkoreninjena v človeka, ne da bi se tega sam prav zavedal. Ljudska glasba je prav tako pomemben del Kurikuluma za vrtce. Vzgojiteljem/-icam ponuja pestro paleto možnosti, da jo najdejo, se vanjo poglobijo, se zavedajo njenega pomena za otroke in jim jo na primeren način približajo — skozi melodijo, pesem, glasbilo ali kako drugače. Namen diplomskega dela je bil ugotoviti pogostost in načine uporabe prekmurske ljudske glasbe pri vzgojnem delu v oddelkih prekmurskih vrtcev, ugotoviti stališča vzgojiteljev/-ic predšolskih otrok do prekmurske ljudske glasbe in načine uporabe le-te v praksi. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da vzgojitelji/-ce predšolskih otrok v prekmurskih vrtcih imajo do prekmurske ljudske glasbe sicer pozitiven odnos, vendar jo le včasih vključujejo v svoje vzgojno delo. Obstaja pa srednja do visoka povezanost med stališči vzgojiteljev/-ic do prekmuske ljudske glasbe in načini uporabe le-te v praksi. To pomeni, da jo vzgojitelji/-ce, ki imajo bolj pozitiven odnos do te zvrsti glasbe, posledično več uporabljajo pri svojem vzgojnem delu v vrtcu.

Title:FOLK MUSIC IN KINDERGARTENS IN PREKMURJE
Abstract:Music is a part of every human being. Folk music is a part and peculiarity of a certain nation and is thus deeply rooted into the human being, without the person being aware of this. Folk music is also an important part in the Curriculum for kindergartens that offers the kindergarten teachers a great variety of possibilities to find and study the music, to be aware of the influences which folk music can have on children, and also offers ways to bring folk music closer to children – through melody, song, a musical instrument or in some other way. The goal of this diploma paper was to find out the frequency and the ways of using folk music of Prekmurje in the educational process in kindergartens in Prekmurje, to find out the kindergarten preschool teachers’ opinions about the folk music of Prekmurje, and research the ways of using this kind of music in kindergartens. The results of the survey show that preschool teachers have a positive relationship to folk music of Prekmurje, however, they only seldom include it into their educational work. There is a moderate to high connection between the standpoints of kindergarten teachers toward folk music of Prekmurje and the ways of using this music in practice. This means that the kindergarten teachers who have a more positive relationship towards this kind of music, use this music more frequently in their educational work in kindergartens.
