Abstract:Diplomska naloga je razdeljena na dva večja dela. V prvem, teoretičnem delu sem se najprej posvetila raziskavi področja nano-tehnologije za potrebe gradnje MEMS-ov. Podanih je nekaj primerov uporabe le teh. Sledi pregled trenutno poznanih prijemal za potrebe mikro in nano-pozicioniranja. Teoretični del naloge se zaključi z opisom sistema nano-robotske celice, ki je v praktičnem delu uporabljen za izvedbo eksperimentov. V praktičnem delu naloge je predstavljen celoten razvoj in izdelava lastnega mikro- prijemala, ki deluje na vakuumskem principu. Vakuumsko mikro-prijemalo omogoča rokovanje z mikro-delci. Razvite so bile štiri različne variante mikro-vakuumskih prijemal, ki smo jih v okviru eksperimentov tudi preizkusili. V nalogi so podane osnovne smernice in napotki za razvoj te vrste prijemal.

Title:MICRO-VACUUM GRIPPER MANUFACTURING FOR MEMS ASSEMBLING
Abstract:The diploma work is divided to two main parts. In the first theoretical part, the presentation of several examples in the area of nano-technologies for MEMS production is done. Then, the survey of currently known grippers for the usage in the area of micro and nano-positioning is presented. The theoretical part ends with the description of nano-robotic cell, which is used in a practical part of the diploma work for the experiment execution. So, in the practical part is presented the whole development and production of our own vacuum micro-gripper. The vacuum micro gripper allows a handling with micro objects (parts). The four different variants of vacuum micro-grippers have been developed and experimentally tested. The diploma work presents the basic guidelines for this kind of grippers’ development.
