Opis:Namen diplomske naloge je preko kompetenc spoznati odgovornost posameznih poklicev v zdravstveni negi in primerjati kompetence izvajalcev v različnih zdravstvenih ustanovah. V diplomski nalogi smo: analizirali kompetence izvajalcev zdravstvene nege, primerjali kompetence za enake poklice v različnih zdravstvenih ustanovah, ugotovili odgovornost izvajalcev zdravstvene nege na posameznih delovnih mestih. Preko analize opisov del in nalog izvajalcev zdravstvene nege, ki zajema delovna mesta v dveh bolnišnicah in dveh zdravstvenih domovih smo skušali poiskati odgovore na naslednji vprašanji:1. Ali se delo srednje in diplomirane medicinske sestre razlikuje? 2. Ali so kompetence na primerljivih delovnih mestih različne? Pri razvrščanju delavcev v nov plačni sistem se je namreč izkazalo, da številne srednje medicinske sestre opravljajo delno ali v celoti dela in naloge, ki so v kompetenci diplomiranih medicinskih sester. Srednje medicinske sestre so z dodatnim učenjem in usposabljanjem z delom pridobivale znanja in spretnosti, ki so jim omogočale opravljati najzahtevnejša dela. Septembra 2008 je bil sprejet »Dogovor o reševanju problematike srednjih medicinskih sester — babic v porodnem bloku, srednjih medicinskih sester v enotah intenzivne terapije I, II in III. stopnje — ta dogovor je prenehal veljati 31.01.2009. Pri vsakodnevnem delu v praksi, se pri izvajalcih zdravstvene nege srečujemo s prepletanjem kompetenc srednjih in diplomiranih medicinskih sester. Delodajalci so v opisih del in nalog strogo ločili delo srednje in diplomirane medicinske sestre, prav tako so Poklicne kompetence in aktivnosti v dejavnosti zdravstvene in babiške nege jasno opredelile kompetence srednje in diplomirane medicinske sestre. V praksi pa je ta meja pogosto zabrisana in se delo in s tem kompetence srednjih in diplomiranih medicinskih sester prepletajo, lahko bi rekli da v določenih primerih manjših zavodov kar poenotijo.

Opis:The purpose of this diploma thesis is to meet the responsibility of individual health care occupations with the help of competences and to compare competences of health care workers in different medical facilities. In the thesis competences of health care workers were analysed, competences of equal occupations in different medical facilities were compared and the responsibility of health care workers at different posts was determined. According to the analysis of health care workers’ job descriptions, which comprises posts in two hospitals and two health centres, we tried to answer the following questions: 1. Is there a difference in the work of a nurse with a secondary education and a nurse with a higher education? 2. Are the competences different at posts compared? After classifying workers into the new pay system, it turned out that many nurses with a secondary education partly or completely take the job which is within the competence of nurses with a higher education. Nurses with a secondary education acquired knowledge and skills with additional education and training. Therefore they were able to take the most demanding jobs. “An agreement on solving problems of nurses with a secondary education – midwives in obstetrics, of nurses with a secondary education in the units of intensive therapy at I., II. and III. levels” was reached in September 2008. This agreement ran out on 31st January 2009. In everyday practice competences of nurses with a secondary education and those with a higher education blend together. In their job descriptions employers have strictly distinguished between the work of nurses with a secondary education and those with a higher education. Considering health and midwifery services, professional competences and activities have also clearly defined the competences of a nurse with a secondary education and the one with a higher education. In practice this boundaries are often not definite, therefore the work and competences of nurses with a secondary education and those with a higher education are interwoven. In many cases of smaller institutions they are unified.
