Abstract:Dandanes je čas zelo dragocen, hiter dostop do informacij je ključnega pomena.

Every company, society or organization which designs his own web pages, must know that the web pages are special and specific types of distribution channels. Web pages demand much attention and it is recommendable, that someone in company is devoting only to them. Web page designers must adjust their sides to different visitors and always nag to improvements, which would increase usability of their sides. Visitors of well conceived web pages are confessing that Internet is two-way communication system. Many users and visitors of web pages want to get demanded things quickly and without larger effort in search. One way how visitors of web pages can help is that they are using lower graphics which will make possible, that the sides will load quickly. The most visited web pages are offering own visitors more than only products and services. They offer consultancy about financial services, present various articles, magazines and connections to other web pages. These are good manners, so that users are returning on given web pages again. Exchange intermediary company’s must regularly renew ( this mean daily updating) own web pages. Biggest technical problem that occurs at business exchange intermediary houses during web is security. Slovene exchange intermediary company was possessing last day of year 2008 138.000 shareholders, year before 100.000 and year 2006 was there 69,000 shareholders, from this we can deduce that number of shareholders is increasing. Company Medvešek Pušnik belongs at trading with securities to the top of exchange intermediary houses in Slovenia. Their traffic at the end of the year 2008 was amounting to 4.3 % of traffic on Ljubljana stock exchange. Slovenes still don't trust safety on world web.
