Opis:Diplomsko delo z naslovom Vloga svetovalnega delavca pri integraciji/inkluziji predšolskih otrok s posebnimi potrebami predstavlja v teoretičnem delu predšolsko vzgojo, zakonodajo, otroke s posebnimi potrebami, njihove pravice in integracijo/inkluzijo. Posebna pozornost je namenjena svetovalni službi, svetovalnemu delavcu, dodatni strokovni pomoči, timskemu delu in programu za predšolske otroke s prilagojenim izvajanjem ter dodatno strokovno pomočjo. Namen empiričnega dela v diplomskem delu je bil raziskati organiziranost svetovalne službe, delovne naloge svetovalnih delavk povezane s področjem dela s predšolskimi otroki s posebnimi potrebami, obseg nudenja pomoči predšolskim otrokom s posebnimi potrebami s strani specialnih pedagogov, delovanje strokovnega tima v vrtcu in sestavo članov tima, usposobljenost vzgojiteljev in pomočnikov vzgojiteljev za delo z otroki s posebnimi potrebami in zavzetost ter pripravljenost svetovalnih delavk za razvoj integracije/inkluzije predšolskih otrok s posebnimi potrebami. Rezultati empirične raziskave so pridobljeni z anketnim vprašalnikom, poslanim svetovalnim delavkam v vrtcih severovzhodne Slovenije, ki je bil apliciran na reprezentativnem vzorcu 57 svetovalnih delavk. Rezultati omenjene raziskave kažejo, da svetovalne delavke najpogosteje sodelujejo z vodstvom vrtca/šole, vzgojitelji in s pomočniki vzgojiteljev, mobilnim specialnim pedagogom in uspešno sodelujejo v strokovnem timu. Zelo malo svetovalnih delavk neposredno sodeluje pri pomoči otroku s posebnimi potrebami. Vsa znanja s področja dela z otroki s posebnimi potrebami so po njihovem mnenju pomembna in bi jih morali pridobiti že v času študija. S posameznimi nalogami in dejavnostmi se pogosteje ukvarjajo svetovalne delavke zaposlene v samostojnih vrtcih, kot v vrtcih v sklopu osnovne šole.

Naslov:THE ROLE OF A COUNSELLOR IN INTEGRATION/INCLISION OF PRESCHOOL CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
Opis:The diploma work with the title The role of a counsellor by the integration/inclusion for preschool children with special needs presents in the theoretical part the preschool education, legislation, children with special needs, their rights and the integration/inclusion. Special attention is assigned to the counsellor work, to the counsellor himself, to additional professional support, to the teamwork and to the adapted programme with additional professional support for preschool children with special needs. The purpose of the empirical part of the diploma work was to study the organization of the counsellor service, working tasks of the counsellors connected with the area of working with children with special needs, the extent of offering help to children with special needs from special educators, functioning of professional team in kindergarten and the structure of professional team, the qualification of the teachers and their assistants for working with children with special needs and commitment and readiness of counsellor for the development of integration/inclusion of preschool children with special needs. The results of the empirical research are acquired by a questionnaire that was sent to counsellors in kindergartens in north-east Slovenia and was applied on representative sample of 57 counsellors. The results show that counsellors very often cooperate with the administration of a kindergarten/school, with teachers and their assistants, with itinerant special educator and also successfully cooperate in professional team as a whole. Very few of counsellors directly cooperate by helping to a child with special needs. All the knowledge from the area of working with a children with special needs is very important for counsellors and should be gained during their studies. The counsellors employed in independent kindergartens are more often occupied with individual tasks and activities than counsellors employed in kindergartens in a complex of elementary schools.
