Abstract:Magistrsko delo predstavlja problematiko zagotavljanja in razvoja ustreznega kadra za zagotavljanje popolnjevanja delovnih mest v Natovi poveljniški strukturi. Od kvalitete kadrov je odvisen tudi uspeh katere koli organizacije tako v domačem okolju kakor tudi v globalnem svetu. Od kvalitete kadra je odvisen tudi uspeh Slovenske vojske v okviru izvajanja nalog, ki jih je Republika Slovenija in z njo Slovenska vojska sprejela in jih sprejema od vstopa Republike Slovenije v Nato od leta 2004 dalje. V magistrski nalogi so prikazane težave pri zagotavljanju in razvoju kadra, nakazana pa je tudi možna pot pri reševanju teh težav.

Title:Ensuring and developing of personnel for NATO command structure
Abstract:Master's thesis dissertation is introducing procedures problems of assuring adequate personnel to NATO Command Structure. From quality of personnel is dependent success of any organization even in home environment or in global environment. From the quality of military staff is dependent also the success of Slovenian Armed Forces in the international floor according to the obligations that Republic of Slovenia has accepted and Slovenian Armed Forces also since 2004 when Slovenian Armed Forces became full member state in NATO. In master thesis we show problems at assuring quality military staff for NATO Command Structure and we show ways how to deal with problems related to ensure quality personnel.
