Abstract:Nabava je poleg proizvodnje in prodaje eden najpomembnejših procesov v vsakem podjetju. Zato je v diplomskem delu podrobno analiziran prav nabavni proces v večjem slovenskem trgovskem podjetju. V prvem delu diplome je s pomočjo strokovne literature opisan vidik procesa nabave, kaj menijo o tem domači in tuji avtorji s tega področja in prenova poslovnih procesov, kamor spada tudi analiza obstoječega stanja. V aplikativnem delu je predstavljeno podjetje Merkur, d.d. Opisane so najpomembnejše faze nabavnega procesa v tem podjetju, s pomočjo metodologije ARIS pa je prikazan posnetek obstoječega stanja dveh izbranih procesov. Nato sledi analiza, kjer je na podlagi nekaterih kriterijev ocenjen celoten proces in na koncu dodane lastne ugotovitve. Iz analize izhaja, da ima podjetje dokaj dobro organiziran nabavni proces in da so procesi v nabavi natančno predpisani.

Title:ANALYSIS OF THE PURCHASING PROCESS IN MERKUR D.D.
Abstract:Purchase, next to production and sales is one of the most important processes in every company, and therefore I have analyzed purchases in detail in a big retail Slovene company. With the help of business literature in the first part of the diploma paper I have described aspect of purchases, professional opinions of native and foreign authors of this field, redesign of business processes and also the analysis of the existing situation. In practical part of the diploma paper is presented the company Merkur, d.d. and also descriptions of the most important phases of the purchases and with the help of methodology ARIS more detailed and examined review of the existing situation of the two chosen processes. What follows is analysis where on the basis of some criteria is graded the entire process and at the end are added my own findings. Analysis has told us that the company has rather well organized purchases and the processes in purchase are accurately prescribed.
